Luxury ground floor apartment with enclosed, lawned garden, and driveway for parking, set in one of the most attractive residential areas in Playa Flamenca. Adjacent to, but not overlooked by, a large communal pool surrounded by beautiful gardens, end of terrace with only one apartment above, this apartment is charmingly furnished and fully equipped with every modern convenience to make your holiday as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. Air-conditioned, with ceiling fans throughout, the apartment sleeps up to 6 people in 2 bedrooms, (1 x double and 1 x twin) and a large double sofa bed in the living room. Patio doors lead out onto a private terrace with table and chairs for dining, a Spanish-style built-in barbeque, palm tree and small lawned garden with additional, rear access. A large lockable storeroom suitable for golf bags, pushchairs, suitcases etc which has sun lounger’s and mattresses, a high chair and cot if needed.

The apartment is in a lovely residential area situated a few minutes walk, (or short drive) from a wide choice of sandy blue Flag beaches and coves, suitable for bathing for all ages, with water sports available. Set in beautiful established gardens, the property is not far from the busy commercial centre with its lively restaurants bars cafes and supermarkets, yet far away enough from the hustle and bustle to offer you the peace you need when you want it. Playa Flamenca is every golfer's dream with 3 beautiful championship golf courses of international prestige within a 10 minute drive. Sightseers can choose from the nearby historic cities of Murcia, Cartagena Alicante or the town of Elche, famous for it's palm tree forest. And the town of Torrevieja, with it's new promenade, excellent shopping, cafes and nightlife is just a short drive or taxi -ride away. A Water park opened in 2005, and the Millenium gardens and park with floating 'Swan' boat rides are other local attractions.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A deposit of %25 of the total rental cost is payable when the booking is made. This is a non refundable deposit in the event of any cancellation, notification of which is required in writing by post or fax. The balance of the total rental cost is due 8 weeks of the arrival date - any bookings within 8 weeks of the arrival date are required to pay the full amount due. There will be a compulsory charge of Euros 70 for the apartment clean plus 5 euros per person for laundry on departure from the property. This is the common practice for rentals in this area.
  • A refundable deposit of £125 is payable at final payment stage which will be returned upon satisfactory inspection of the property. Rental is from 1600 hours on the day of arrival to 10.00on the day of departure, unless variations of these times by prior arrangement with the owners.
  • Any complaints should be notified to the local agent either on arrival or during the holiday wiithin 24 hours.All clients are required to complete a signed booking form available from the owners, along with the deposit, This forms a contract between the client and the owners in accordance with British law, within the jurisdiction of British courts. The contract exists from such time as you receive confirmation and the final invoice.
