A perfect family apartment, tastefully decorated and equipped with modern appliances making it a home from home. This spacious apartment is in a quiet area, yet within 2 minutes walk from La Florida commercial area which has a supermarket, bars, restaurants, bank, car hire and the renowned Irish pub the Wicklow Arms / Abbey Tavern. This has nightly entertainment, a beer garden, large TV, pool, darts, Internet access and a children's play area. The apartment is a 10 minutes walk from the Emerald Isle Irish entertainment centre which has two swimming pools surrounded by large grassed sunbathing areas. There is a small charge for hire of sunbeds and use of pools. There are children's play areas with the use of the ball park and bouncy castle available for a small charge. The restaurant and bar are open all day serving hot/cold food either inside or outdoors. There is nightly outdoor entertainment in the summer with daily classes such as aerobics, Tai Chi and Line dancing

  A deposit of £100 is required when the booking is made. This must be received within a week to confirm the booking. This is a non refundable deposit in the event of any cancellation. Payment can either be made in advance, by cheque in sterling, or on arrival in Euros. There is an additional € 45 local management charge for cleaning, laundry and meet & greet service payable on arrival.
  Minimum stay three days, flexible changeover days, long term let considered. Rentals of three weeks or longer qualify for substantial reductions (except for June, July and August). Please enquire for details.
  The apartment will be available from 4pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by noon on the day of departure.

Torrevieja

The historic town of Torrevieja is a 10 minute drive away and has a large street market, a lovely marina and lots of sandy beaches. The area boasts 7 Blue Flag beaches providing clean and safe fun for all the family, offering a full range of water sporting activities. You can wander along the beautiful new Promenade of Torrevieja and enjoy the atmosphere of the evening craft market or sit at one of the pavement cafes and watch the world go by. The Friday market is one of the largest in Europe and you will find everything here from genuine Spanish handicrafts, to low priced leather goods, shoes, textiles, silver and a huge variety of fresh local produce. Torrevieja has an average of 320 days a year of sunshine. There are plenty of malls and shopping facilities within Torrevieja.

Local Attractions

If the family fancy a change from playing by the pool or on the beach why not visit the Aquopolis water park in Torrevieja (open summer months), safari park (near Santa Pola), caves (at Canelobre) or the funfair by Torrevieja marina throughout the summer. Aquopolis water park is a great day out for all the family. It has Rapids, Kamikaze & Zig Zag water slides. Wave Pool, Swimming Pools & Infants Pool. Jacuzzi, Mini Golf, Restaurant, Cafeteria & lots more. If you want a day away from the beach or golf courses, why not try a day in the beautiful countryside and enjoy the mountains, pine woods, olive and almond trees, orange and lemon groves plus 2 large salt lakes. The Salt lakes of Torrevieja are a favourite resting place for different varieties of migratory birds, particularly flamingo’s. Alternatively, why on take a trip to the beautiful, unspoilt, Isla Tabarca (Tabarca Island) from Torrevieja marina or a coast line boat trip. There is also go-karting for the more adventurous.

Golfers Paradise

Costa Blanca is the ideal place for a golfing holiday. Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas golf courses are only a 10 minute drive away. La Finca is the newest club in the area only completed late 2000 again within easy reach from the apartment.
