It is in the heart of a golfers paradise with courses at Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor within 15 mins drive. The world famous La Manga Golf resort is 45 mins away. The apartment, overlooking the pool, has a superb solarium with sea view. The apartment contains a large open plan lounge, with Parisian Balcony, dining and kitchen area. Playa Flamenca is situated on the Mediterranean coast 6km south of Torrevieja adjacent to the N332 Alicante - Cartagena road. The area is surrounded by safe sandy blue flag beaches. The nearby town of Torrevieja is 28 miles South of Allicante on the Costa Blanca. This area boasts of 300 days of sunshine per year. Torrevieja is a typical Spanish Town, with an expanding harbour and marina. Torrevieja caters for all tastes with bars, restaurants, an aqua park, go-cart tracks etc., whilst Orihuela Costa is preserved for the more discerning family atmosphere. Notes to the rental rates

  • Payment methods - cheque or bank transfer. Notes on rental rates - A 20% non-refundable deposit is required - minimum of £100 to secure a booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to departure. If your arrival date is within 8 weeks of booking date then full payment is required. Cancellation Policy - Up to 8 weeks of arrival date - no charge, 4 - 8 weeks before arrival - 50% of total payment refunded, 2 - 4 weeks before arrival - 25% of total payment refunded, Less than 2 weeks before arrival - no refund given. A £100 security bond is also required in the unlikely event of any breakages etc. Payable by cheque, which will be returned within 2 weeks of end of stay, provided keys are returned and there are no damages. The owner reserves the right to charge clients for damages, breakages or loss to the property caused by the client.
  • It is advisable that the Client obtains their own comprehensive insurance cover as the owner cannot be held responsible for injury, loss, damage, cancellations etc. In the event of the owner cancels then all monies will be refunded. All information offered by the owner forms part of the booking conditions. Distances and descriptions are offered in good faith and these terms and conditions apply to all bookings and the client is deemed to have accepted these conditions.
  • Linen and house towels are included. Beach towels not provided. There is a charge of 45 euros (for 4 people +10 euros for each additional person) for cleaning after your departure. This is payable on arrival in euros. On the day of arrival you will have access to the property no later than 4pm. We ask that on departure you vacate the apartment by 10am. If there is no arrival expected on your day of departure we can be flexible with the departure time. The final decision on this is with the key holder. Special long term rentals: Discounts given for rental of 3 weeks and longer. Please contact the owner with your requirements for further details. Airport Transfers can be arranged and we can recommend an excellent local Car Hire company who will meet you at Murcia or Alicante airport or can drop off a car at the apartment if you prefer.

Notes:

There are 2 on site outdoor swimming pools, one with a baby pool. A fitness centre with jacuzzi is located across the road from the complex next to the commercial centres (including Mercadona). The apartment has lovely views of the swimming pool and communal gardens from both balconies. Our large private solarium is great for eating al-fresco, with barbeque, sunloungers and patio furniture, or alternatively ideal for relaxing and soaking up the afternoon sun. The lounge leads onto the balcony with sea views. It is an ideal location for a family holiday. Satellite TV is available with Sky Movies and Sky Sports. A welcome pack is also provided. A Spanish market is now held every Saturday at Playa Flamenca offering many bargains. There are also large markets held in Torrevieja on Friday, Guardamar on Wednesday and even a 'Boot Fair' on Sundays at Guardamar where you can pick up authentic Spanish household items.

Beaches

The beach at Playa Flamenca is only a 5 minute stroll away. There are three Blue flag beaches only minutes away by car. Cabo Roig, La Zenia and Campoamor. Due to the wonderful climate all year round the Costa Blanca enjoys over 320 days of sunshine annually. Other beaches include Las Palmeras, Torrevieja and Torre de la Horadada. Most water sports can be found in the area. Most beaches have bars/cafes for drinks and light lunches.

Golf Information:

This apartment is within 30 minutes drive of 6 18 hole golf courses. Villamartin, which has previously hosted international competitions, Campoamor and Las Ramblas are all within 15 minutes. A 45 minutes drive south will take you to the renowned La Manga International Golf Resort. Handicap Certificates are required at some, but not all, of the nearby courses. All courses speak English. Enjoy all year round golf in pleasant surroundings coupled with a quiet and relaxing break by the sea. Murcia Airport has now extended its international flights to the UK and is 15 minutes from the apartment.
