The lively town of Torrevieja with its long beach front promenade, excellent shopping, largest market in southern Spain and many bars, resaurants and night life is just a short drive away.

  • To reserve accommodation a deposit of £100 is required at time of booking. This is refundable subject to no damage or excess cleaning. Non-refundable for cancellation. Full payment will be required 8wks before arrival. The following cancellation charges will apply 8-6wks-50% 6-4wks 75% under 4wks 100%. We will only accept UK sterling and euros in cash, cheques or bank transfers.
  • A maximum of 4 Adults 1 child per booking based on a weekly basis. SAVE £££££ DISCOUNTS AVAILBLE FOR WINTER BOOKINGS IN EXCESS OF 1 WEEK. Long term rentals during low season welcome. We do not permit rentals to groups of youths under the age of 25. No hen or stag party's PLEASE !!
  • DISCLAIMER; The owners will not be liable for any loss or damage to persons, articles or possessions in or around the apartment, gardens swimming pool during the client's stay. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT ALL CLIENTS CARRY THE APPROPRIATE TRAVEL INSURANCE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.

This apartment is set in a unique quiet residential area, with a large communal swimming pool and children's paddling and bathing area. The complex is within a secure gated area which is ideal for young children. The property has a large south facing roof solarium with BQ, table and chairs, loungers to relax and enjoy the sun go down with your glass of wine. The apartment is a very short distance from the beautiful beaches of Playa Flamenca, Caba Roig and LA Zenia all are which are blue flag holders, and in the summer months have delightful beach bars. Playa Flamenca centre is approx 15 min away walk away.

The popular Flamenca beach commercial centre, with its numerous bars, restaurants, banks and pharmacies are within 10 min walk away, along with the newly opened Supercor / El Corte Ingles supermarket. A small local supermarket bars and restaurants are within a short 2 min stroll away. A local bus service is provided in the summer months.
