It has an American style kitchen which is fully equipped, leading onto the dining area, a large lounge (with veranda off) with seating for 6 people has English TV (40 stations). Hot and cold air conditioning is located throughout the apartment. There are 2 bedrooms, a double which has an en-suite bathroom with 2 basins, full sized bath with shower over and WC. The second is a twin with storage and en-suite with walk in shower, basin and WC. The lounge has stunning views of the mini golf course and sea views. Notes to the rental rates

• The rates apply to the whole property per week regardless of the number of occupants. 150€ euro booking deposit is required at time of booking (non refundable) with the balance due eight weeks before date of arrival. €200 refundable damage waver is payable on arrival. This will be refunded following a satisfactory inspection and the return of the keys. There is an additional charge of 60 € euro for the cleaning, laundry and provision of bathroom towels.
  
• Cot & Highchair rental is available if requested in advance. Welcome packs can be ordered for your arrival, idea if you are arriving late or on a Spanish holiday. Discounts apply for long term rentals, Check in from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival. Check out by 10:00 am. This can be flexible if the house is not required on the day of arrival. A £20:00 or €30:00 is required if you need the townhouse after 10:00 am on the day of departure. Distance to Alicante airport - 60 Km; Distance to Murcia airport - 20 Km. Pickups available on request for a reasonable charge, this would be payable locally. If you require this we will need your flight details and number of people travelling.

Only a few minutes away are the championship golf courses of : Villamartin PAR 72, 0034 966 765170 Set in a pine forest the course has been used for many top professional tournaments. To achieve a par on this course you will require a good tee shot and accurate approach shot to the green. The clubhouse is very lively at lunchtimes, meals can be taken under a very large thatch or next to the open air swimming pool. Las Ramblas PAR 72,0034 965 322011 A very well planned course taking full advantage of the natural countryside. It features deep gorges, lakes, bridges and tick wooded areas. The tight fairways and long holes make this a true test of your golfing skills. The clubhouse has a very pleasant atmosphere with an open-air rooftop restaurant overlooking the golf course. Campoamor PAR 72, 0034 965 321366 Picturesque course set in a valley surrounded by breathtaking views of the hills. Probably the easiest of the three local courses due to it’s wide open fairways. Still demands good tee shots to give you any chance of making par. Greens and fairways are extremely well manicured. The course is very popular all year round, it is very important to book tee times on all these courses. Green fees tend to cost around thirty pounds and we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment. Golf buggies and clubs can be hired on all courses. La Marquesa & La Finca courses are also approximately 15 minutes drive, and La Manga is 40 minutes away.
