***SPECIAL OFFER!! LONG TERM RENTAL NOV-MAY 400eu mth!!! This is a lovely new apartment, near to the Villamartin Plaza and Golf Course. It is on the ground floor of a two-storey building. There is a south facing terrace and garden, which includes a driveway for off road parking. The front terrace and gazebo in the garden provide a shaded outdoor dining/barbecue area with a further spacious patio area and sun beds for sunbathing. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, (1 with an en-suite shower room) and 1 bathroom, a comfortable lounge and dining area, seating 6 and a modern well equipped kitchen. The adjacent communal pool area is right next to this block.. This apartment is ideally situated in a quiet location, just a 7 - 8 min. walk from the well established ‘Villamartin Plaza', where numerous bars, restaurants and a supermarket can be found. This is an ideal base for golfing or family holidays with the sandy beaches of La Zenia, Playa Flamenca and Cabo Roig only a short drive away.

Nearest Motorway: La Zenia, 763 at 1 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 3.0 Kilometres
Car: not necessary
Panoramagolf is situated at Villamartin, just south of Torrevieja, on the Orihuela Costa. It is approx. 20 mins. from Murcia airport or 40 mins. from Alicante airport. Villamartin is famous for it's championship golf course. It is also just a few mins. from the golf courses of Campomoar and Las Ramblas. The 'Villamartin Plaza' is the main centre for the area. This very attractive area consists of bars, restaurants, nightlife, supermarket, shops, banks etc. Panoramagolf is just a short walk from here, alongside the golf course. Torrevieja is about 10 mins. away and has a lovely marina, evening craft market, aqua park, many shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife. It is surrounded by two natural saltwater lagoons, considered to be the largest in Europe. There are many lovely, sandy beaches along this coast, from the wide open beaches north of Torrevieja, to the many bays and coves south of the town. The nearest beach at La Zenia is just a 5 minute drive from the apartment..

    There is a local cleaning charge of 50 euros, payable on arrival.

A perfect place for families

We stayed in this apartment at the end of April with our four year old. He loved the proximity to the pool, and the enclosed garden. As parents we felt totally reassured that he could play safely and enjoy his break.
Sue was very helpful when we encountered problems with the television and was exceptionally friendly.
We would definitely consider a return visit.

We felt mesmerised at the number & variety of properties for rent in this area when looking to rent for a few weeks winter break in the sun! Somehow we happened on this one. Sue was so helpful from the outset - addressing all our queries promptly & providing great directions. We were meant to stay at another of Sue & Daves properties at first, but there was some building work going on near that one, so Sue offered this one as an alternative - not everyone would have been so considerate. Sue & Dave met us at the property & made us feel really welcome - even sharing a bottle of wine before ensuring we had all we needed & were settled in! Villamartin has a lovely atmosphere. We spent many a happy hour in the plaza & driving to the beautiful local beaches & interesting villages. The apartment itself was great. Every facility you need is there. Lots of space & 2 great bathrooms. We'd definately recommend this apartment & plan to return soon.

Four of us have just returned from a golf/social trip , the apartment is modern and clean with 2 good sized bathrooms and 3 bedrooms.
The pool is virtually next door and was never particularlly busy.To the front of the property is a good sized terrace with sunchairs and a gazebo for some shade.
Its a 10 minute walk to the plaza and is excellently situated for numerous golf courses.
If you had a car beaches are some 10 - 15 mins away.
All in all an excellent apt. centrally situated

Excellent holiday great location

This is the third time we have been to this villa it is a home away from home but without the hussle and bussle of every day life. Its peaceful, relaxing and such a great place to be. If you want the beach or shops they are all close but also if you just want to chill its the place. Sue and Dave will go that extra mile for you so you're not at a loss when you first get there. Will recommend anytime.

Great last minute holiday very welcoming great place only 10 min walk to shop or plaza kids loved the pool spent all day every day in it.Great apartment plenty of room.Would definatley use again.
