• A £50 non-refundable deposit, per week, is payable at time of booking with balance being due 6 weeks before arrival date. Full payment will be due if booking within 6 weeks.
  Cancellation policy:
  If you have to cancel your holiday, the following scale of charges will apply:
  More than 6 wks before departure Deposit only.
  4 - 6 wks before departure 25% .
  2 - 4 wks before departure 50%.
  0 - 2 wks before departure 100%.
  We recommend that clients should obtain the appropriate holiday insurance prior to departure. We cannot be held responsible for travel delays, injury, loss or damage. Nor can we be held liable for any accidents occurring in our property or in the communal pool area.
