This is a very high quality air conditioned ground floor maisonette in the first rate Villamartin complex. It has a walled garden and terrace facing East, and so is ideal for breakfast in the morning sun. Both bedrooms have twin beds and built in wardrobes, one has an en-suite shower room and the second has a bathroom next to it. There is honey coloured marble flooring throughout. The fully fitted and equipped kitchen has white marble worktops and wooden cabinets. The living area has a dining table and 4 chairs, a 3 seater settee and 2 easy chairs so you are comfortable watching English satellite TV including Skysports 1, 2 and 3. The generous communal swimming pool and grass lounging area are just to the rear. Villamartin Plaza and Golf Club are five minutes walk away, the Plaza has over forty restaurants and bars a good supermarket and some other shops including a pharmacy.

Notes to the rental rates

• A non-refundable booking deposit of 20% is required on all confirmed bookings. Balance to be paid six weeks prior to the start of the rental. A refundable damage deposit of £100.00, is payable with the balance payment. When you arrive you will be met by our local agents who will show you to the apartment explain how the equipment works and answer any questions you may have. They will be available during your stay to deal with any emergency that may arise.Fifty Euros is payable to them at this point in respect of cleaning charges. We are flexible as to start and finish days but we ask you to vacate by 10.a.m., on day of departure unless otherwise agreed prior to the start of your holiday. The price of the rental is per week and not per person and includes
  full use of cummunal pools, electricity, water, air conditioning etc.
  
• We can arrange for a welcome pack to be placed in the apartment on arrival which can be of items selected to your own specification. We can also arrange for transfers to and from the airport at a charge of forty euros each way. We can arrange for a larger vehicle should your party be of more than four.

Beaches

Most of the local beaches are 'Blue Flag', which means that their cleanliness and water condition are regularly monitored and kept up to a very high standard. The nearest is at La Zenia, this is a nice mixture of things, a lovely soft sandy bay with loungers and sun shades to hire, a beach bar for cold beers and snacks, rock pools for the kids to explore, a life guard station for the girls to admire and a huge bar/restaurant overlooking all. There are quite a few other seaside areas within fifteen minutes drive ranging from small rocky coves to a marina and restaurants at Campoamor.. Immediately to the North of Torreveija Town, which has a very large marina and two beaches, is Guadamar. This is the beginning of more than ten miles of wide flat sandy beach that seems to go all the way to Alicante. If you are at Guadamar the best lunch or evening place is Casa Blanca where you will be warmly welcome and generously fed right next to the beach .

Golf Information:

Villamartin is only a five minute walk from the apartment. The European Open was held here a few years ago and it is still a good challenge. The large Clubhouse terrace, which over looks a grassed lounging area and garden is open to all. There are two other courses within a ten minute drive. Las Ramblas is very steep with lots of rocky canyons to lose your balls in, and may not be suitable for everybody. Campoamor is very different, a nice lush undulating green golf course with a five star clubhouse on top of the hill, a fabulous terrace and restaurant with great views. There is a further selection of great golf courses within a half hour drive including La Finca and La Manga.
