This is a light, spacious, LUXURY CORNER PENTHOUSE, beautifully furnished from new. With sea views from the terrace and solarium, this apt. provides the ideal setting for summer and winter getaways and is ideal for couples and families alike. Both bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes with internal storage shelves. There is an ensuite shower room to the master bedroom and a separate 4-piece family bathroom suite. The luxuriously furnished lounge includes two 3-seater sofas (one being a sofa bed) and a beautiful 4-chair dining table. The fully fitted kitchen includes washing machine and microwave as well as being well equipped for self-catering. The terrace is accessed from the lounge and the master bedroom and provides the perfect setting for romantic evenings and relaxing mornings. The Apt. has air conditioning and the benefit of Satellite TV, DVD/CD players and Radio. There is LIFT SERVICE to all floors and access to the communal SWIMMING POOL.

The APARTMENT is only 10 minutes walk from Villamartin Plaza with its 30 bars and restaurants, supermarket, chemist, bank and boutiques - also the 18 hole course at VILLAMARTIN GOLF. Other local sports include horse riding, tennis, and cycling. The APARTMENT offers an ideal location for families and couples with a large communal swimming pool and roof solarium. La Zenia and Caba Roig beaches are only 10 minutes drive away, with a further 10 minutes to the bustling street markets and shops of the old fishing port of Torrevieja. There are daily markets in the local towns (details provided). The APARTMENT is 40 minutes drive from ALICANTE and only 20 minutes from MURCIA, SAN JAVIER airport.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The rental rate is for a one week stay from Saturday to Saturday based on departure dates originating from the UK. The rates quoted are for the APARTMENT accommodating up to 4 guests. One or two extra guests may also stay subject to an additional charge of £40 per week for each extra guest. We are also extremely flexible on shorter rental periods and different arrival and departure days and times. Please do not hesitate to ask. Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amounts are specifically agreed in advance. All quoted rates are inclusive of rental, electricity, water, gas and taxes.
  • A non re-fundable 25% deposit is required to secure any booking with the balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. For late bookings 50% deposit is required with the balance ONE week prior to arrival. The APARTMENT is cleaned and supplied with fresh bed linen and towels (not beach / pool towels) prior to your arrival, and changed on your departure. For stays longer than one week, cleaning and linen changes mid-stay can be arranged directly with our contact in Spain, for an additional fee. For shorter stays, we charge a daily rate on a pro rata basis, plus an additional £30 for cleaning / laundry; we may charge more or less depending on demand – please contact us for a quote.
  • A RETURNABLE deposit of £90 is payable to the owners and will be refunded on your return subject to the key-holder's satisfaction that the APARTMENT is left in the condition it was in when you arrived. An additional deposit of €50 is payable to the key-holder on arrival to cover the costs of cleaning and changing sheets etc. Please bring your own pool / beach towels.
    Check-in time after 16:00 hrs. The APARTMENT must be vacated by 11:00 HRS on date of departure, unless otherwise agreed, to allow for cleaning.

Costa Blanca: Costa Blanca may be enjoyed through all seasons with its year round sunshine and blue flag beaches. The area south of Alicante is renowned for its mild climate and is recognised by the World Health Organisation as one of the healthiest areas in the world. Less than 20 minutes away by car is the bustling Spanish Town of Torrevieja which is steeped in Spanish history and tradition whilst its numerous shops, cafes, bars and restaurants cater for all tastes. There are daily street markets within easy driving distance - with everything from fresh food to clothing and souveniers: all at local prices.

Villamartin: The urbanisation of Villamartin has been designed with relaxation in mind. With many green areas, communal swimming pools and sea views. The golf club is right next to the Plaza with its many bars and restaurants, a small supermarket, a bank and shops. There is a car rental office, with reasonable prices. A short drive to La Zenia (10 minutes) will take you to two much larger, well-stocked supermarkets. The MERCADONA and LIDL’s come well recommended for price and value.

Golf: Golf VillaMartin is a championship golf course, laid down in the late 70s by Pat Putnam, with a further two championship golf courses, Las Ramblas and La Finca within a 10 minute drive. All courses are 18 holes and green fees are about €45 (reductions for couples). Golf carts are available for about €20-25. Golf VillaMartin is just 10 minutes walk from the apartment, and with its year round sunshine is a treat for golf enthusiasts seeking relief from the rigours of the British winter!

I recently holidayed in this well maintained apartment. The owner was very easy to deal with and the Key holder extremely helpful and friendly. This apartment was ideal for all our holiday needs. Close to a lovely pool and plenty of amenities. The beaches locally are well maintained and easily accessible by car. The beaches are family friendly. I would recommend this apartment as a clean and well maintained property we actually felt as if it were a home from home. David and Margy
