Situated just a 2 minute walk from the shops, bars, banks, supermarket and restaurants and only a stroll (7-8 minutes) from Villamartin Plaza and the World famous Villamartin Golf Course. The Los Dolses complex is part of the established Villamartin Golf Urbanisation and is arguably the best location in Villamartin, a well established and quiet area near the sea, main supermarket and convenient for all 3 plazas & golf courses. The apartment is in an excellent location in Los Dolses with the balcony and SUN TERRACE overlooking the pool and having fantastic views to the Med sea - without being overlooked! The build quality of this style of apartment is also first class. Los Dolses, Villamartin is located just 15 minutes drive from Murcia airport and 35 minutes from Alicante airport on the Costa Blanca.

Villamartin is famous for its Plaza where you will find Parrots nestling in the trees and its golf course where they played the Mediterranean Open. There are also 2 further golf courses within 5 minutes drive - Campoamor and Las Rambles. The area has strict building regulations so no building is greater than 3 stories. The complex of Los Dolses has been established for a few years so there is no building work and the views over the sea are fantastic. It is also ideally placed only 7-8 minutes walk from both the Plaza and Golf Club House. Very peaceful area yet there is life just round the corner if required. You will be hard pushed to find a better location in both Villamartin and Los Dolses.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Lets of more or less than 7 or 14 days are fine and will be priced on a pro-rata basis. A non-refundable deposit of 25% per week is required to secure booking. The balance is due 4 weeks prior to departure. An additional £100 key/security payment is required with the balance. This ensures a constantly high standard of accommodation and is refunded in full when the keys are returned and subject to there being no damage reported. Normal change over day is on a Saturday but other days can be arranged depending on other bookings. The price is per week and not per person and includes full use of pool, electric, water, laundry (of supplied bedding and towels). You will also be charged for cleaning (the cost differs depending on how many persons you are). Please bring your own beach towels.

Notes: The property comprises; fully equipped kitchen including washing machine, dish washer, microwave; 2 bedrooms and bathrooms (one en suite) with bed linen and towels provided. Lounge/diner with CD, satellite TV (English channels plus Sky sports, movies and MTV etc.). Air conditioning unit also provides hot as well as cold air in the bedrooms. Golf: Villamartin is probably the most famous of the three courses for hosting the Prestigious Mediterranean Open in 1994. The Par 3 17th has been described as the most difficult in Spain. Our villa is 5-10 minute walk depending on whether you walk English or Spanish pace! Top class facilities make this a challenging course for players of all abilities. A superb Clubhouse ensures a relaxing setting for refreshments after a round of golf. Campoamor was designed by Carmelo Gracias Caselles with an extensive clubhouse, three restaurants and excellent pro shop. The course is covered in lush grass and is surrounded by beautiful pine woods and orange trees and overlooks the Sea. The front nine holes are fairly open but the back nine holes are a totally different proposition, so beware!! Fast greens and steep sided hills provide very enjoyable golf. 5 Minutes drive. Las Ramblas is the 3rd course and arguably the most challenging. Ask for our website for further details.

Beaches: The Valencian coastline has 94 blue flag beaches, many of which are in and around Torrevieja, such as La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor. If you like Paella, this is the region of its origin . If you are feeling more adventurous and would like a day out on the Mar Menor, snorkelling, lunching on an island and generally jetting about on a speed boat give Captain Muffy a call on 0034 968 170170 early morning or late evening or on his mobile on 616 523 800 - a thoroughly enjoyable day. There are pedallos, banana rides, wave runners, wind-surfers etc. all for hire on most of the main beaches.

Good base for a golf break

I recently (mid-November 2008) spent four days at this immaculate apartment enjoying the lovely weather, excellent local restaurants and fine golf courses.
I have no hesitation in recommending the apartment as a great venue for this type of vacation.
In my case two of us shared the apartment with a room each but for the cost-conscious the apartment could sleep four with its twin beds.
The apartment is also conveniently located around 12 miles from Murcia airport and 40 miles from Alicante.

We have stayed in many apartments over the last few years and this is one of the best. spotlessly clean comfortable,it has everything you need.Very pretty location, quiet but within walking distance to lots of bars restaurants, supermarkets ect We ave just enjoyed our third visit! Tina &Nigel
