Notes to the rental rates

• A non-refundable deposit of £50 per week is required to secure booking, with the balance being due 8 weeks prior to departure. Lets of more than 7 or 14 days are fine (although we do ask for a minimum let of 3 days) and these will be priced on a pro-rata basis. Payments can be made by cheque, or directly into our bank account, details of which will be supplied when the booking is made.
  A Security deposit of £100.00 is required 4 weeks prior to departure. This will be returned in full within 2 weeks of your return subject to leaving the apartment in good order.
  
• On arrival you will be met by our local contact, who will hand over the keys, show you to the accommodation and who will be able to answer any queries you may have and provide further information on the resort and the local area. A Payment of 60 Euros is payable upon arrival to cover the cost of the cleaning, fresh linen etc.
  
• Normal check out time is 10.00 am and arrival not before 2.00 pm, although it may be possible to be flexible around these times.

Costa Blanca

The Costa Blanca beaches may be enjoyed throughout the seasons with year round sunshine and blue flag beaches. The area south of Alicante is renowned for its dry, mild climate which is why the World Health Organisation recognise it as one of the healthiest areas in the world. Torrevieja, a typical bustling Spanish town, is 10-15 minutes away by car. It retains much of its traditional Spanish atmosphere, whilst its shops, cafes, bars and restaurants cater for all tastes. Enjoy a stroll along the palm-lined promenade and harbour board-walk at any time of year. There are street markets within easy driving distance on just about every day of the week - with everything from fresh food to clothing and souvenirs, all at local prices.

Villamartin

The urbanisation of Villamartin has been designed to provide a relaxing atmosphere with many green areas, communal swimming pools and sea views. The golf club is right next to the Plaza with its many bars and restaurants, a small supermarket, a bank, and shops. There is a car rental office, with reasonable prices. Within a short drive (at La Zenia) are two much larger, well-stocked supermarkets. There are many fine beaches only a short distance away.

Beaches

The Costa Blanca is renowned for its' abundance of beautiful white sandy beaches, many of which have been awarded a Blue Flag rating. The nearest are La Zenia, Cabo Roig and Dehesa de Campoamor, which are within a 5 - 10 minute drive, and enjoy a very clean and safe family environment - the gentle sloping sand being ideal for children. Pedalos and water sports can be found at some of the local beaches

Golf Information:

Golf Information Villamartin is an 18 hole championship golf course, situated within a five minute walk from the apartment. Year round sunshine with a further two championship golf courses within a 10 min drive at Lomas de Campoamor, and Las Ramblas de Orihuela. All courses are 18 holes and green fees are about € 45 (reductions for couples). Golf carts are available for about € 20-25. There are several other golf courses within a 20-30 minute drive.
