The apartment lies in a community of 28 apartments surrounding the communal pool and faces an open area of palm trees and a small play area for the children. It has it's own grassed garden around the apartment with sun beds to relax and enjoy the beautiful Costa Blanca sun and from where you can see the pool area. The lounge/dining room has 2 sofas,1 being a sofa bed, with a dining table and seating for 6 people. There is a TV with DVD player and English satellite TV, a CD stereo system and hot/cold air conditioning. The kitchen overlooks the dining area and is fully fitted with oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. There are ample crockery and cooking equipment for all your needs and a breakfast bar with 3 bar stools. The master bedroom has 2 twin beds pushed together that can be separated if necessary and access to the en-suite. Bedroom 2 has a single bed and bunk beds.

We are pleased to now offer this brand new 2 bedroom apartment in the Villamartin area. This lies a 10 minute drive south of Torrevieja close to the Villamartin golf complex. There are 3 golf courses within a 15 minute drive and a wide variety of sandy beaches are from 5 to 15 minutes away. The Villamartin plaza is close by with shops and restaurants. There are more shops, bars and restaurants in the surrounding areas of Los Dolses, La Zenia and Playa Flamenca. Torrevieja is only 10 minutes by car and is buzzing during the summer with the market, fairground, shops, restaurants and bars to suit all tastes.

Things to do: A holiday here can be as relaxing or active as you wish. The pool and garden have a beautiful sunny aspect for swimming or lounging on the apartments sun beds. There are many beeches within a short drive from small bays to long stretches of golden sand or the waterpark in Torrevieja is a great day out for children and adults alike. There is go-karting near Playa Flamenca or if you like to explore a bit further there's the zoo safari at Elche (1/2 hour) or Terra Mitica Theme park at Benidorm (75 minutes) with many rides and activities and hardly a queue in site. If you enjoy shopping Torrevieja and Alicante have plenty to choose from.

Golf: The apartment is in the Villamartin Golf area aswell as being close to the courses at Las Ramblas and La Finca

Lovely apartment with everything you need and superb pool (the pictures don't do the place justice!). Easy drive to the beaches and plenty of supermarkets and restaurants! For those wanting to experience the real Spain, forget it, the area has been completely overtaken by the English!

An excellent apartment which is fully loaded with everything needed for a cracking holiday. We found everyone on the community extremely helpful and very friendly. The pool was ideal for all, we took 3 young kids, (3,4 and 6)and the in-laws,and we all enjoyed the pool. A very quiet location but still within reach of local shops , bars, restaurants and golf course. We will definately visit again. 10/10. Cheers Sam!!

This is the 2nd year we have stayed in this apartment and on both occassions have loved it. The apartment and location met our family needs. The service from the owner is always first class. The swimming is beautiful and very inviting at all times. All owners and renters very pleasant. You will need a car to get to many local beaches but never found a problem parking.
