Large and comfortable Penthouse with balcony overlooking Villamartin Plaza and 2 separate sun terraces. This well equipped apartment sleeps up to 6 people using 1 king size double, a twin bedded room and 1 double sofa bed in sitting room. Separate kitchen and bathroom. There are numerous excellent bars and restaurants within the Plaza. A supermarket and bank, with cash withdrawal facilities, doctor and dentist are also located on the Plaza.

Torrevieja is a 15 minutes drive from Villamartin or a local bus service. Very busy promenade and beaches and night life. Harbour and a large Marina. La Zenia`s blue flag beach is a 5 minute drive away or a local bus service runs throughout the summer to the beach. Campoamor beach is about a 10 minute drive and is superb with a marina next door. Other lovely beaches and marinas nearby.

The Superb Villamartin Golf course is only a 2 minute walk to the clubhouse and Campoamor and Las Ramblas golf courses only a 5 minute drive !! A large GO-KART track for all ages within a 5 minute drive. Large AQUAPARK during the summer months a 15 minutes drive away. Superb range of restaurants, Italian, Chinese, Fish and Steak along with bar menus for all tastes on the Plaza. Various local street markets throughout the year.

Golf courses: Villamartin Golf course is a 2 minute walk from the apartment !! Las Ramblas and Campoamor Golf courses are only a 5 minute drive away or taxis can be ordered. All 3 courses will have you thinking and are in excellent condition with superb views. Discounted green fees may be possible if organised well in advance. Details are available if you contact me.

Beaches: Various blue flag beaches nearby with La Zenia the closest at just under a 5 minute drive from the Plaza. Campoamor beach 10 minutes away with marina next door. Lots of activities for adults and children. Climbing frame, beach bars, cafe/restaurant, lifeguards and various water activities. Night life attractions too.

What a wonderful stay at your penthouse looking down on the others and them looking up.
It was only for a week we will be back in residence shortly
