Located in the Villamartin area on the Orihuela Costa. Close to shops, restaurants, bars, medical center, chemist, hairdresser. Just 5 minutes drive to the beautiful blue flag beaches of La Zenia and Campoamor. Less than 5 mins from the La Zenia junction of the AP7 motorway which can take you to both Murcia and Alicante airports. If you like city shopping this Motorway will take you to either Murcia, Alicante or Cartegena cities in about 40 mins. Also just 10 mins from the beautiful Mar Menor with its salt lakes and famous mud flats. The mud is excellent for skin treatments. The beautiful Torremendo lakes are just 15 mins drive where you can fish or just relax in the serenity of the area. The bustling town of Torrevieja is just 15 mins drive. This is a very Spanish town with great shops and tapas bars and plenty of entertainment. It also has a wonderful raised promenade and Marina along with a traditional Spanish church square.
