This 2 bedroom apartment is situated on the first floor of a two storey building. Located in the new development of Panoramagolf next to Villamartin Golf Course. It offers an ideal base for golfers and families alike. The apartment has two twin bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, plus family bathroom, comfortable lounge/diner with air conditioning available and a modern well equipped kitchen. Patio doors lead to the balcony which looks directly over the communal pool. There is also a roof terrace for private sunbathing or dining. It is just a short drive to the nearest sandy beach at La Zenia and just a short walk to the well established 'Villamartin Plaza', which has numerous bars, restaurants and supermarket.

Panoramagolf is situated in Villamartin, just south of Torrevieja on the Orihuela Costa. It is approximately 20 minutes from Murcia Airport or 40 minutes from Alicante Airport. It is ideally placed to cater for golfers, family holidays and sun worshipers alike. Villamartin is famous for its championship golf course, plus it is only a few minutes drive to Campomoar and Las Ramblas golf courses. There are plenty of blue flag sandy beaches, the closest being La Zenia which is a short drive from the apartment. Torrevieja is only a 10-15 minute drive away, with its lovely marina, evening craft market, aqua park and many shops, restaurants and bars.

Special rates for long lets.
A £50 non-refundable deposit, per week, is payable at time of booking with the balance due 6 weeks before arrival date. Full payment will be due if booking within 6 weeks. CANCELLATION POLICY: Up to 6 weeks before arrival - deposit only. 4-6 weeks before arrival - 50% refund. 2-4 weeks before arrival - 25% refund. Less than 2 weeks before arrival - no refund. We will also require a £100.00 damage deposit per rental which will be refunded one week after your departure providing the apartment has no damage. We recommend that clients obtain their own comprehensive insurance cover as the owner cannot be held responsible for travel delays, injury, loss or damage. Nor can they be held liable for any accidents occurring in the property or in the communal pool area. Rates include electricity, water, laundry and cleaning on departure.

The beautiful coarse at Campamoar, with its panoramic views is only a short drive away, as is Los Rambles. You have plenty of courses to choose from, like La Finca and La Serena, the apartment is ideally situated in the area for easy access to these and many more golf courses. If you are planning to play golf during your visit it is advisable to pre-book you tee-times, which we can arrange if needed. |
