Getting There: Our property is a 40 minute drive from Alicante airport and just a 15 minute drive from Mercia airport. Both these Airports are exceptionally well served by the Low cost airlines. Easyjet, Monarch, BMI Baby, Ryanair... all fly twice daily to these destinations. Book in advance flights can cast as little as £15.99.

Once there we can arrange airport pickup from 40 Euros each way to Mercia, 50 Euros each way to Alicante.

Car hire is very cheap here. Driving is a pleasurable experience here as the roads are of a good standard and a lot of the people living in this area are British.

On Arrival: You will be greeted at Villamartin Plaza by our representative who will take you to the property, show you around (including how everything works). He will give you advice on the area and tips on the best places to go.

A Key holding fee of 15 euros and the cleaning charge of 35 Euros must be paid on arrival!

We will give you contact details of our representative before you fly. He is also there as a contact and help should you require it during your stay.

The Area: Our Apartment is located in an area of Spain which has one of the best climates in Europe. Temperatures are usually 15 degrees higher than Britain at any time of the year. On average the area has more than 335 of sunshine days a year.

Our 2 bedroomed apartment is situated in the heart of a golfing paradise. There are three championship golf courses within a 5 minute drive of the apartment. The most prestigious is Villamartin which has hosted the Spanish Open. Also on our doorstep are Los Ramblas and Campaomor, these are both exciting courses and are cheaper than Villamartin, they have long flowing fairways which rewards the accurate golfer.

There are a further 12 Golf course within a 30 minute drive from the apartment including the famous La Manga.
