The large, secluded roof top solarium has a BBQ & awning (for those of you who need a little shade, or even to keep that wine & beer chilled a little longer!). The apartment has beautifully landscaped green areas around the huge communal pool & children's pool. Many shops, bars & restaurants within a few minutes walk. This beautiful apartment is located near the famous Villamartin Golf Resort, in the Los Dolses area. The communal pool is a fantastic size and the children get a wonderful separate pool too. The apartment is very close to the beach of La Zenia which is only a five minute drive, plus there are many more beaches and private coves close by - so many to choose from so take your pick! Even for those naturists among you! The apartment is close to Torrevieja which has a great water park - only 10-15 minute drive, but if you'd like a bit more action, the theme parks in Benidorm are fantastic fun-only one hour by car. For those explorers out there, a drive out will take you to pretty Spanish villages, or lively bars, clubs and restaurants are close by (but not too close of course!). Taxis are cheap, reliable and quick should you fancy a tipple or two! In a nutshell, this area has something for everyone - relaxed or active!

We can also arrange car hire through AVIS with the family and friends discount, or can arrange to pick you up from the airport - the charge for this service is 40 euro each way from Murcia and 60 euro each way from Alicante. Please note: Christmas and New Year will be at high season rates (20th December/2nd January).

Notes: This luxury apartment is suitable for a quiet break away, or an action-packed holiday! The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen including electric oven & Ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. All bed-linen is 100% cotton, a spare set is left should you wish to change during your stay. Towels and beach towels are also provided. The lounge/diner has Freesat British TV (BBC, ITV, Sky Movies, Sky New plus many more). This same system also has British radio (BBC, Heart, Gold plus many more). The apartment is air conditioned/heated, depending on the time of year you visit. The very secluded solarium (lets not forget those wonderful views from La Manga to Torrevieja!) has a table & chairs and four sun loungers, plus a fantastic gas barbecue. Any smokers are requested to smoke outside - not inside - many thanks.

Beaches: This stretch of the Costa Blanca boasts many blue flag, white, sandy beaches. There are also 'secluded' coves if you prefer a quieter sunbathing experience. There are climbing frames for the children at La Zenia and Campoamor beaches, and they all have beach bars and some cafes and restaurants close by when you fancy an ice-cream, a small beer or some Spanish tapas.

Restaurants & Bars: This area has too many restaurants and bars to mention but we aim to please and our apartment has a book with our recommendations and dummy proof directions! You can choose from Spanish tapas & paella bars (of course), then there are British, vegetarian, Chinese, Indian and Thai restaurants plus snack bars for sandwiches, fish & chips, omelette's - well you can get just about anything you fancy! There are bars to suit all walks of life, from quiet pubs to party pubs open 'til 7am. You will even find Pacha nightclub in Torrevieja too! Los Dolses Commercial Centre is your closest venue (5 min walk) for a good choice and bars, restaurants & shops, but then the choice is vast should you take a short drive/taxi - the lively Cabo Roig is a 5 minute drive, and Torrevieja is only a 10-15 minute drive. So much to do - so little time for your holiday we think you'll find!! But we believe you'll have a good time finding out!

Golf - Costa Blanca & Costa Calida: Please don't think this area is all about golf - there is plenty for everyone to do! But for those golf enthusiasts, Villamartin Golf Resort is famous for hosting the prestigious Mediterranean Open in 1994. Within a five minute drive you also have Las Ramblas and Campoamor golf courses - not to mention lovely clubhouses. Within 20-40 minutes drive you will find many more golf courses - sorry but again, too many to mention! But should you require more information then we are more than happy to assist you.

A short break away

We have just returned from a short break staying at this property. It is very well equipped with everything you would have at home, including a good selection of DVD's that my teenage son thought was great! An easy walk to nearby shops and restaurants. The rooftop solarium was excellent, especially as it had an awning which was essential in the baking hot weather we had. It was always breezy, and provided a welcome relief from the heat. All in all a great stay, would not hesitate to stay there again or recommend it to friends.

Wonderful holiday - Wonderful apartment & views!

We don´t normally do this, but felt we had to tell you what a fantastic time we had renting your apartment! Wow - those views - I could sit there forever and never get bored! Peaceful and perfect for relaxing while reading, drinking & chatting! The apartment was really comfortable and furnished to a homely standard - not like some rental properties we have used in the past.
So just wanted to say thank you and we´ll definately be going back next year - made lots of friends at Los Dolses commercial centre - very friendly people!
All in all, a relaxing and memorable holiday.

Superb apartment with stunning views

We would definately recommend this really lovely apartment. It was immaculately cleaned with nice modern furniture. Close to loads of resturants and bars. Close to the pool but far enough away so that you don't hear the noise! We'll be going back soon.

We had a lovely holiday in your comfortable apartment in Los Dolses. It's so nice to find a place where there are no additional charges for cleaning etc. Here everything is included and the comprehensive welcome pack was much appreciated, especially as we arrived late at night.

You have obviously given much thought to the comfort of your guests...my husband loved the reclining sofa as well as the sky tv with programmes from home. I loved the dishwasher and washing machine!

Even in January we were able to spend hours on the rooftop solarium, sipping gin and tonics in the sunshine. When the sun went down the apartment was well provided with heaters and rugs to keep us warm and cosy.

The location was so peaceful but also so handy for the shops and restaurants at Los Dolses as well as the many markets in the area. We had a great time and would recommend this lovely apartment to anyone seeking a holiday in the area.
