Lovely luxury first floor apartment in very desirable area, near to the Championship Golf Course of Villamartin and two other golf courses which are only minutes away - Campamor and the challenging Las Ramblas. Set over two floors, it offers 2 x twin rooms, one with a small balcony. It has Digital Satellite LCD TV, offering 60 channels including all terrestrial UK channels. There is also a video and digital MP3/CD Player. From the lounge you have a terrace/balcony on which you can sit and enjoy a few drinks/breakfast which overlooks the picturesque garden area to the front of the property. From this terrace there is a staircase to the second floor solarium area which enjoys the sun and views of the sea, with table, chairs, parasol, sun loungers and a built in BBQ. There is also use of a private pool which has an area divided off for children. * There is also another 2 bedroom apartment below that is available for hire.

Villamartin is situated approx 40 minutes from Alicante airport and 25 minutes from Murcia airport. This beautiful apartment is situated within a quiet and exclusive development. Costa Blanca is notorious for it's glorious beaches, the nearest one being a blue flag beach and just a short 5 minute drive away. Minutes away from three golf courses and the nearby Plaza, which has some wonderful shops, restaurants and bars. With a glorious climate, whether you want to soak up some sun on your own private solarium or down one of the lovely sandy beaches or just play golf, you really have the best of both worlds.

Golf Information: The Costa Blanca is notorious for it's many Championship Golf Couses. You are a short stroll away from the Villamatin Course and a short drive of approx. 3-5 minutes from Las Ramblas and Campamor. In the region there is believed to be another 12 courses. La Manga is approx. 45 minutes drive away, and the course Seve designed is approx. 40 minutes away at Alicante.

The Area: Villamartin is situated approx. 40 minutes from Alicante airport and 25 minutes from Murcia airport. The town of Torrevieja is 10 minutes away. The Costa Blanca is notorious for its sandy beaches, many of which have the European Blue Flag. Nearby La Zenia beach is in a beautiful cove with lovely white sand. All the beaches have great beach bars and sun bed facilities. With a wonderful climate boasting over 320 days of sun each year, this really is a lovely part of Spain to relax. There are supermarkets, restaurants (takeaway's available) and bars, all within walking distance. So whether you want night in relaxing with food, music and wine or you want a night out at one of the many nearby superb restaurants or bars, you really do have the best of both worlds.

Local Amenities: The apartment is set in a very quite area but a short stroll away you have, bars, restaurants and supermarkets within easy walking distance. The plaza of Villamartin gives you a choice of many restaurants, disco's, Karaoke Bar and a bowling alley. This area is lively & busy particularly in peak season. About an hours drive away is the town of Benidorm, famous for its nightclub life and Benidorm Palace as seen on T.V. This can be booked locally, including transport. There is also the famous theme park of Terra Mitlca and the Marine and Exotic Animal Park, Mundomar. With nearby go-cart and aqua parks there really is choice for all the family.

The apartment was in a great friendly location, we hired a car so getting about was easy for us. The apartment was a minute away from a lovely supermarket, good restaurants and the beach was only a few minutes by car away, so really handy, central location.
The apartment had a lovely homely feel and was well equipped in the kitchen.
The pool looked lovely and inviting, however a bit cold for this time of the year.
The key holders and neighbours were very friendly and helpful.
Would highly recommend this apartment.
