This superb new build apartment has been furnished to a high standard with marble flooring throughout, air con/heating and a full satellite TV package with HD DVD player and flat screen television. It is ideally situated for golfers and couples. Villamartin golf course is adjacent to the urbanisation whilst Las Ramblas, La Finca and Campoamor Golf Courses are very nearby. Villamartin Plaza with its many bars and restaurants is only a 5 min walk away. The apartment has two bedrooms: a master double with ensuite and a twin room with a large bathroom adjacent. There is a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, microwave, hob, oven, fridge-freezer etc. The open plan lounge diner has patio doors which lead onto the balcony which is furnished with table and chairs. The apartment has ample parking and a large rooftop solarium (sun loungers provided). Situated on 1st floor with ramp access. The apartment block is situated in pleasant landscaped garden with communal pool.

This new build, spacious two bedroom apartment is situated in the extremely pleasant residential Las Violetas area of Villamartin. It is ideally situated for a relaxation, golf or beach holiday. Villamartin is famous for its Plaza, which is only a five minute walk away. There, you will find restaurants, bars, shops, banks, etc. The Villamartin Golf Course is adjacent to The Plaza. Los Dolses Complex is also nearby and provides restaurants, shops, a supermarket and bars. There are 3 other golf courses within a 10 minute drive and the unspoilt blue flag beaches of La Zenia and Cabo Roig are within a 5 minute drive. The Costa Blanca's pleasant all year climate makes this region a popular 365 day a year holiday destination. The nearest town of Torrevieja is about 15 minutes drive whilst the cities of Murcia and Alicante are only a short drive away. There are many shopping, nightlife and beach opportunities for those who are not of the golfing persuasion.

  • A compulsory end of stay cleaning and laundry charge of 60 Euros payable in cash directly to our management company when they meet you with the keys.
  • A non refundable deposit of £100 per stay is required if booking is made more than 6 weeks prior to arrival and balance paid at 6 weeks. If booking is made within 6 weeks prior to arrival, then full payment would be required at time of booking.
    Full payment for part weeks would be required at time of booking.
    Full bank details for transfer would be given at time of reservation.
    Cheques are acceptable for bookings made prior to 6 weeks to arrival.
  • NB: Whilst we do not charge a breakage deposit, our management company will insist that all breakages and lost keys are paid for before departure.

The description regarding location layout and facilities were vey accurate.
the property was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. Excellent customer service.
I would definately reccomend this property to a friend.
As this was our first holiday togeather without the children in many years most of our time was spent relaxing by the pool and at the beach, La Zenia.
The plaza has many good resturants, but our favorites are boggeys and chez steak house.
This was the best apartment we have rented in the six years we have been coming here.
Will definately be returning.

Visited Elche safari,but was not impressed.

Superb apartment

This is the second time I've stayed at this apartment, the first time being last February, and I think it is a superb place to stay. The apartment itself is beautfully fitted out, spotlessly clean and extremely well serviced. Dealing with the owners was a pleasure and they couldn't do enough for me. Picking up a car at the airport and driving there was ideal. While there is plenty to do locally and within walking distance, it is great having a car to really see that part of Spain. Being off season, the area was pretty quiet but everything was open for business and the locals couldn't have been friendlier. A favourite spot for me, as recommended by the owners, was a restaurant called La Bahia at Cabo Roig. A beautiful place to have a long lazy lunch right on the Mar Menor. Even though only February the weather was pleasantly warm and sunny. I would highly recommend this area, and this apartment, for a lovely break away from the UK. Absolutely spot on.

I rented this apartment back in July 08 and had a great time. The apartment itself was well equiped and comfortable. Amenities were close by and within a 10 minute walk. Close to the golf course at Villamartin but not the best course around. Las Ramblas is better and about 10 minute drive. Campoamor beach is the best local beach. Owners were very helpful and easy to contact when I had a problem with the TV system. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending this apartment.

Great Apartment

My husband, daughter and myself recently stayed at this well furnished apartment. The apartment is just close enough to shops/bars and restuarants to be convenient to walk to but sufficiently far away as not to interfere with enjoyment. My husband, a keen fitness addict, spent a lot of time jogging/cycling along side the canal. The closest beach La Zenia was not as nice as Campoamor or the ones a short drive away at Lo Pagan and got very busy at weekends. Great place to have a holiday but even better if you have a car to visit the nicer beaches. We have already booked the apartment for next year. The owners David and Duncan were very helpful and left us a welcome pack because we were arriving very late. They also gave us loads of advice on the good places to visit and eat. Pleasure to rent from and deal with the owners. Graeme the local agent was also very helpful and waited up late for us and even lent us a set of golf clubs.

This apartment was lovely, very well furnished and laid out. It was only a ten minute walk to restaurants and bars but the beaches were all a drive away. Unfortunately across the street lived two dogs who barked continually all day and evening!! so if you are not a dog lover this is not for you, unless the management team for the estate get it sorted out because I believe dogs are not allowed. Apart from the dogs though we had a great 3 weeks.
Owner's Response: We do not agree with the negative aspects of this review. We have rented to people on numerous occasions without complaint. In fact we have had many good comments back. We visit regularly ourselves and have not experienced the problem with barking dogs.
