Notes to the rental rates

• Surcharge of £50 per stay for Easter and Christmas.
  A compulsory 10 Euro key collection charge and end of stay cleaning charge of 60 Euros payable in cash directly to our management company when they meet you with the keys.
  
• A non refundable deposit of £100 per stay is required if booking is made more than 6 weeks prior to arrival and balance paid at 6 weeks. If booking is made within 6 weeks prior to arrival, then full payment would be required at time of booking.
  Full payment for part weeks would be required at time of booking.
  Full bank details for transfer would be given at time of reservation.
  Cheques are acceptable for bookings made prior to 6 weeks to arrival.
  
• NB: Whilst we do not charge a breakage deposit, our management company will insist that all breakages and lost keys are paid for before departure.
