Inside, the well equipped kitchen serves an open plan lounge/diner furnished to a high standard with a music system and TV with English satellite. The master bedroom has a private balcony. Local Amenities

The apartment is set in a quiet residential area, however a short stroll away you have bars, restaurants and shops. Villamartin Plaza has a wide choice of international restaurants / bars and even a bowling alley. Take a trip into Torrevieja town, a traditionally Spanish town and you will be able to sample a wide variety of local dishes. Torrevieja also offers an excellent choice of International cuisine including:- Italian, French, German, Chinese, Indian, Korean, Scandinavian, Serbian, Croatian, Mexican, etc. These can be found in a number of specialised restaurants. Remember Meals are late and leisurely 1:30 is early for lunch, which can go on until 4; and 9 is early for dinner, which can go to midnight!!

Golf Information:

Lovers will be completely spoilt for choice. Near the apartment there are three excellent Golf Courses. You can Stroll across to the Villamatin Course, where as the Las Ramblas and Campamor courses are only a 3-5 minute drive away. Further golf courses are located within an hours drive.
