This spacious and attractive apartment is conveniently situated in the very select area of Rioja / Villamartin, and within a beautiful two storey bungalow. Golf enthusiasts will enjoy the three local golf courses to hand with the first Tee just 10 minutes walking distance away! Nearby bars/ restaurants are also within easy walking distance and the beautiful white sandy beaches just a 5 minute drive. Choose from two private swimming pools, the largest of which is conveniently located within view of the apartment. The fantastic roof terrace is an ideal place to unwind and enjoy a cool drink while soaking up the warm sunshine with views over the Mediterranean sea. Inside, the well equipped kitchen serves an open plan lounge/diner furnished to a high standard with a music system and TV with English satellite. The master bedroom has a private balcony. The lounge also has a balcony providing access via steps to the roof terrace. Private parking. Friendly management always on call!

Rioja is a delightful, mainly private area, and is located close to the Villamartin, Campomoar and Las Ramblas Golf Courses. It is also within walking distance to Villamartin Plaza, Los Dolses and Rioja commercial centre's where there are many shops, cafes bars and restaurants.

Further Information: In recent years the region has become a first-class tourist location, it boasts 360 days of sun a year and an average temperature of 18°C. There are many beautiful beaches (blue flag), squares, walks, parks, gardens and other natural beauty spots. Visit our website, where there are more photographs of the apartment, much more information about the area and things to do and see.

Golf: Lovers will be completely spoilt for choice. Near the apartment there are three excellent Golf Courses. You can Stroll across to the Villamatin Course, where as the Las Ramblas and Campamor courses are only a 3-5 minute drive away. Further golf courses are located within an hours drive.

Local Amenities: The apartment is set in a quiet residential area, however a short stroll away you have bars, restaurants and shops. Villamartin Plaza has a wide choice of international restaurants / bars and even a bowling alley. Take a trip into Torrevieja town, a traditionally Spanish town and you will be able to sample a wide variety of local dishes. Torrevieja also offers an excellent choice of International cuisine including:- Italian, French, German, Chinese, Indian, Korean, Scandinavian, Serbian, Croatian, Mexican, etc. These can be found in a number of specialised restaurants. Remember Meals are late and leisurely 1:30 is early for lunch, which can go on until 4; and 9 is early for dinner, which can go to midnight!!

Golf: Villamartin Golf course is just 3min around the corner by car, the fairways can be seen from the sun terrace to the rear of the apartment. Las Ramblas golf course is 5min by car in the opposite direction with Campoamor golf course literally lying between the two. Three Golf courses on your doorstep
