Alicante and Murcia Airports are 30mins away and 20mins from the bustling Torrevieja town centre,with its many restuarants and bars, on the outskirts of which are further essential shopping areas with the stunning new shopping mall (for the girls, while the guys are golfing) which is adjacent to Carre Foure. The house is ideally placed for golfers, the stunning Club De Golf La Finca is 10 minutes walk from the house, including open air bar and restuarant . Villamartin, Campoamor, Las Ramblas ect, golf clubs are also only a 15min drive away as are various stunning European Blue Flag beaches.

Notes to the rental rates

• A deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance is to be paid eight weeks before arrival date. Failure to meet balance payment will result in loss of deposit.
  Cancellation refunds up to 8 weeks of arrival date - no charge (deposit non-refundable) 4-8 weeks before arrival date - 50% of final payment refunded (deposit non-refundable) Less than 2 weeks before arrival date - NO REFUND. Long term winter rentals available - please contact owner for rates. A security deposit of £100 is required with balance of booking refundable on return of keys less any damage incurred. A payment of 50euros approx £35 on collection of keys is required for cleaning services.
