The modern villa is located 200 metres from the sea; close to sandy beaches and dramatic coastline. Facilities include Cable television incorporating Sky Sports. The championship golf courses of Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor are within a five-minute drive. La Manga peninsula and the Mar Menor are 45 minutes away. Nearby facilities include large supermarkets, small shops and banks. Many bars, restaurants and shops ( including 24/hour shops) are within easy walking distance, as are two Internet cafes. A brand new Health-Centre, which also deals with emergencies, is only 200 metres away. The villa is on three levels with magnificent sea views from its terraces. The large swimming pool is just 50-metres from the villa. Airports: Alicante-40 minutes; Murcia - 15 minutes.

The Villa is located on a newly developed peninsula, adjacent to Cabo Roig village. The area has the benefit of numerous modern bars and restaurants, most of which are multi-lingual - where you may practise your Spanish if you so wish. English is spoken widely in the area. It is an area of outstanding natural beauty with magnificent beaches, rocky coastlines and fascinating salt lakes.

The Villa: Parking is available at the front of the villa. The road leads directly to the sea and the promenade. The villa has three sun-terraces each with a sea view. Cabo Roig Marina, La Manga and the Mar Menor are visible from the promenade. There is a fully-fitted kitchen offering oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine. The lounge-diner and all three bedrooms have the luxury of fitted ceiling fans.

Local Area: The lively town centre of Torrevieja with its street markets and resident funfair, cosmopolitan shops and resturants, is four miles away. Buses are available hourly during the day to Torrevieja, Cartagena and Alicante. Elche, Murcia and Cartagena are all within an hour's drive. Each town has its own special Spanish flavour and a visit is recommended. The newly-opened theme park of 'Terra Mitica' is approximately one hour's drive away.Local activities for all the family include horse-riding, go-karting, scuba-diving and sea-fishing.

Health: Close by is the Orihuela Costa Resort leisure complex with its superb facilities including large pool, tennis courts, gymnasium, sauna, bars and resturant. The area is ranked as ' the healthiest place in the world to live' by the World Health Organisation. The bracing sea air, together with the salt lakes encourages a variety of exotic wild life - all on your doorstep!

Golf: There are seven internationally acclaimed golf-courses within easy reach. Green fees tend to cost around thirty pounds and we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.

Other Activities: Go-karting; hot-air balloning; sea fishing; tennis, water park, scuba-diving, ten-pin bowling, snooker, gymnasium.

'I had everything I needed - we had a really lovely holiday, accommodation, weather was just perfect (we ate out every night)'.

'I think you have thought of everything to include in your villa - right down to the buckets and spades my daughter used on the beach. The games also passed the time in the evening'.

We had a great time at Cabo Roig. Shops & beach nearby. It was good to have a car though, to travel around a bit further.
The villa was lovely, but did smell a bit 'musty'.
There was plenty of room for 6 adults & it was great having the pool nearby.
We were recommended to try the Asian Chic restaurant & weren't disappointed. The Bushwacker pub was worth a visit too, staff were very friendly & helpful.
I would recommend to friends.
