We would like to invite you to rent our holiday home at Real Club de Golf Campoamor near Torrevieja, on the breathtaking Spanish Costa Blanca.This beautiful town house is well equipped and is fully air conditioned / heated upstairs and downstairs with access to 3 large swimming pools. There are two balconies and solarium where you can soak up the Spanish sun. You will find every comfort you may require for the perfect break. Beach chairs, buckets and spades and parasols are supplied. The kitchen has adequate facilities with oven, grill, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, washing machine and iron. There is satellite TV, Video, DVD and music centre with CD. Some of the best golf courses in Spain and lots of wonderful beaches are only a few minutes drive away, so this is an ideal house to rent for a golf or beach holiday. Notes to the rental rates

• There is flexibility between arrival and departure dates and if your flight is of an inconvenient time dont worry as a welcome pack is provided your arrival. A deposit will be requested upon the booking taking place of 30% and the remaining balance paid in full six weeks before your stay. A deposit of €250/£180 (either cheque with cheque card number or cash in pounds or euros) will be requested by the local agent as a holding deposit on the handing over of the keys, which will be returned in full after inspection of the house at the end of your stay.
  A discount can be arranged for long term rentals.
  A charge of 50 Euros which includes meet & greet service at the apartment, towels, cleaning , payable to the local agent.
