This three-storey, two bedroom, townhouse is set in the grounds of Real Golf Club Campoamor, overlooking the course and clubhouse. Walking distance to bars and restaurants, but very quiet and and safe. There are patio areas, one large at the front, a balcony area adjacent to the main bedroom and a secluded roof terrace. Fully furnished and well equipped - all mod cons, washing machine, TV, indoor and outdoor dining table, etc. Hardly used or rented. Lovely condition. Fitted with air conditioning / heating up and downstairs. There are three great golf courses (Campoamor, Villamartin and Las Ramblas), good beaches, restaurants, nightlife and lots of other things to do nearby. Great shared pool - 2 minutes walk, lovely grassed and landscape sunbathing area with views! Villa is fully equipped - AIR CONDITIONING, TV, DVD, quality beds, all appliances, quality outdoor dinning table, etc. Two bathrooms.

The property is close to both the coast and the countryside. A 10 minute drive in either direction will take you to both the Orihuela coast and inland amongst the orange, lemon and almond groves. Towns on the coast include Torrevieja, San Xavier and San Pedro and cities, towns and villages inland include San Miguel, Orihuela and Murcia. Torrevieja provides the night life and a water park for the children.

General information: A 5 minute drive will take you to modern supermarkets, banks, shops and varied restaurants on the coast, or to Villamartin and local urbanisation shopping centres. Torrevieja is the nearest large town with all mod cons!

Golf: On site Campoamor golf course:6203 metres, par 72.Opened in 1989 and is the most panoramic of the courses in the region. The expansive fairways, lush greens, lakes and 6 'dog legs' make it a long and testing course. It has a magnificent clubhouse and restaurant, with a terrace looking out onto beautiful views of the countryside. 5 minute drive to Las Ramblas :5914 metres, par 72.Pretty, undulating and challenging course, abundant wildlife. Rugged terrain with the occasional water hazard 5 minutes drive to Villamartin : 6132 metres, par 72. At 25 years this is the oldest golf course in the region. Beautiful course and well kept greens. 15 minute drive to La Finca : 6394 metres, par 72. New course with fantastic greens and a lot of water!
