The 2nd bedroom has two full size single beds, bedside cabinet and fitted wardrobe. The main bathroom has a bath with shower over, toilet, pedestal basin and bidet.The downstairs has shower, basin and toilet. The kitchen is American style, fitted with washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, hob and microwave. The living area has quality furniture having a low line sideboard, sat TV - UK channels, video, DVD unit, rattan tub chairs with matching table, a full size quality metal action sofa bed, dining table with 6 chairs. FULL AIR CON DOWNSTAIRS and BOTH BEDROOMS. Downstairs covered terrace, roof top solarium, main bed terrace all with furniture make this ideal for 2 couples, families or golfing parties as within 10min of 3 quality GOLF curses.Driveway parking for 2 cars.

Located in a really superb position on a new development overlooking the communal pool with great views towards the med. Only a few minutes drive to 3 famous golf courses being Villa Martin, Campoamor and Las Rambles. Local shops bars, restaurants and not forgetting the lovely beaches of which there are many. If its local markets you like, you will be spoilt for choice, there are lots to choose from in typical Spanish towns to the large Torrevieja markets. Our children like to go-karting, visiting the beaches and into Torrevieja in the evening enjoying the local stalls, the fair and the street entertainers and a vast choice of eating places available. We all enjoy being only a few minutes drive from mountains and the beautiful countryside.

Numerous blug flag beaches: There are many beaches within a short drive including the beautiful Campoamor beach,Cabo Roig beach and La Zenia Beach there are many others along the coast to choose from.

Things to do.: There are several local Riding Stables in the area. Go-Karts are a big hit for children and young adults. There is a Aquapark on the outskirts of Torrevieja for water lovers, if fishing is what you fancy book a trip at the marina in Torrevieja. San Miguel has all weather ,year round Bowling club and welcomes bowlers or beginners,rinks and equipment can be hired. There are many theme parks ,Pola Park to enjoy the rides.Terra Mitica is an Amusement Park with a Roller Coaster and Mundomar is a Marine and Exotic Animal Park.

Places of interest.: There are lots of Marinas locally including Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Torrevieja. There are lots of places to visit, nice villages in the area like San Miguel . The cactus gardens in Elche was a big hit with our family. There is a huge open air market in Torrevieja on Fridays but you will need lots of time to get round as it has an abundance of food,spices, clothing,textiles etc.

Golf: Three famous golf courses are within a few minutes drive being: Villamartin , Las Rambles and Campamor . They are all championship length and are quite excellent.

We' we spent two wonderful weeks on the property last summer. The house is located on a superb position, in a new development, an Aldi supermarket and some restaurants are in walking distance some more can be reached by car within a few km. The comunal pool is just across the street. There are many beaches within a radius of 10km (nearest beach approx 2km). The property was very clean and in excellent condition. All rooms have air conditioning. I would recommand this house to my friends.
