Air-conditioned townhouse with two first floor balconies, a lawned back garden and a car space in the front. Warm in the winter, cool in the summer. A communal pool is only a few metres away. Golf, tennis courts, riding stables, a small supermarket, pharmacy and restaurant are close to the property. Montgo National Park and the golf course itself offer lovely walks with orange groves and woodland areas to enjoy. The historic town of Denia with its castle and harbour, restaurants and excellent shopping are within 10 minutes drive. Miles of sandy beaches are within easy reach offering various activities.

The lovely and historic old town of Denia with its port, castle, shops and restaurants is within 10 minutes drive. There are lively markets and street cafes. Orange groves and almond trees are plentiful and the orange blossom perfume fills the air in late March and April. Mt Montgo is a lovely area in which to walk or mountain bike. Javea, Moraira and Calpe are all within 20 minutes drive. Valencia is well worth a visit and the architecture of the old town is marvellous. The Valencia region celebrates the fiesta of Las Fallas in March each year, an ancient tradition marking the end of candle burning and dark evenings. Ceremonies and special events involving fireworks and parades in national costume culminate towards the spectacular burning of purpose-built statues in the towns. An event not to be missed!

  • Water and electricity is included in the rental rates. A £100 deposit is required on booking, with the balance due 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. A refundable security deposit of £100 will be required with the balance.
  • Changeover day is Wednesday to Wednesday. We can be more more flexible in off peak periods. The house is available from 4pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we request visitors leave by 10am to allow for servicing.

Notes: The accommodation offers 2 bedrooms on the first floor each with twin beds, non-allergenic duvets and pillows, fitted wardrobes and terraces. There is also a bathroom with a shower, WC and granite vanity unit, and a shower room with a WC and sink on the ground floor. The living room area has a fireplace, two three-seater settees (one is a double sofa bed) and an armchair, satellite TV and coffee tables, with doors to terrace and garden. The dining area has a table and 4 chairs with a granite breakfast bar and stools to the American style open kitchen with a hob, oven and grill, microwave, fridge, toaster, juicer etc. The utility room has a washing machine, ironing board and clothes airier. Towels for beaches and pools are not provided.

Golf: La Sella Golf is a well established 18 hole, par 72 course and is within 5 minutes walking distance from the house. It was designed by Jose Maria Olazabal and Nick Faldo Faculty is planned along with an extension to 27 holes. The club and main entrance is 5 minutes by car and offers a sauna, shop and restaurant. Orange trees, birdlife and the view of Mt Montgo are pleasant accompaniments to a round of golf. Buggies and clubs can be hired. There is a driving range and tuition is available. Other golf courses within half an hour's drive can be found at Oliva Nova and Javea. Slightly further away are Don Cayo and Ifach. Other golf courses can be found: Valencia region: El Saler, Manises, El Bosque and Escorpion. Castellon region: Costa Azahar, Mediterraneo and Panoramica. Alicante region: Alicante Golf, El Plantio, Alenda and Bonalba. We have information and booking details for these courses.
