With air-conditioning and heating throughout, and an open fireplace in the lounge, this townhouse is suitable for all seasons. There is a community pool just a few metres away, and the townhouse has its own front garden with parking area. The open-plan downstairs offers fully equipped kitchen(including fridge/freezer,dish-washer and washing machine), dining area to cater for 6 people,lounge with 2 sofas, open fireplace and satellite TV,and a breakfast bar with 4 stools. The downstairs shower-room with toilet and hand-basin is very handy when returning from the pool or the beach. There is also a full bathroom/shower on the first floor. As well as balconies from 2 of the bedrooms there is a full roof terrace offering wonderful views across the Bay of Valencia, the Montgo mountain, and the Denia Marriott La Sella 18-hole golf course. This wonderful vista can be fully appreciated whilst cooking with the gas BBQ provided for you on the roof terrace.

At the Resort La Sella there is the 5 star Marriott Hotel with the 18 hole golf course (whose Technical Adviser was Jose Maria Olazabal, and also planned is a Nick Faldo Golf Institute).The hotel also offers the Alanya Spa with massage and beauty treatments (for men and women), as well as a gym , piano bar and excellent restaurants. The resort itself offers horse-riding,tennis,a restaurant and pizzaria,pharmacy and supermarket. The bustling historic coastal town of Denia is a short drive away (7kms), with its picturesque harbour and seemingly endless supply of shops and restaurants! The beach at Denia extends as far as the eye can see, and there is the beach resort of Javea/Xabia within easy reach, as well as the pretty town of Moraira and its rugged coastline and coves. At just one hours drive from Alicante or Valencia airports we are offering an ideal holiday destination for all the family ..... or for golfers !!

Additional information about rental rates

  • All school holiday periods will be at rate of £500 pw.ie. includes Easter,Xmas/New Year,and half-terms which usually fall in February, May and October.

    £100 non-refundable deposit is required on booking. Balance due 8 weeks prior to departure. Rental can be paid in Euros by negotiating rates applicable at the time. There will be a 50% refund of the total on any cancellation within the 8 weeks but before 4 weeks. Within 4 weeks of due arrival there will be no refund.

    A refundable security deposit of £100 is required to cover any damages and/or for any additional cleaning necessary to restore the condition of the townhouse.
  • Each booking includes one house clean and and cleaning of towels and bed-linen following departure. Daily rental rates are available .

Golf: The Denia Marriott La Sella Golf and Spa resort offers the 18 hole course which is an excellent quality course designed by Jose Maria Olazabal.Work is underway for an additional 9 holes. Green fees at July 2004 are 65 euros, and buggies are available.The hotel also has the Alanya Spa and gym facilities,which offers a ''Golfer's Energizer Massage'', as well as other therapies and treatments. Other golf courses in the region , the nearest being Los Oliva, Javea and nr. Moraira.
