The downstairs of the property has 1 bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobes and ceiling fan , 1 bedroom with 2 single beds fitted wardrobes and ceiling fan, a bathroom with a whirlpool bath , a large living room/dining room featuring sat TV and a extensive dvd library, the kitchen is fitted with all modern appliances. The upstairs of the property features 1 large bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with a shower, the upstairs of the property is also the access to the 2 large balconies the front one 20ft by 10ft, the rear balcony which overlooks the communal pool slightly smaller, the front balcony catches the sun till about 4pm then you can move round to the rear balcony which catches the sun till about 10pm in the summer months. The property has furniture on both balconies with 2 sun loungers on the front balcony.

The house is situated in the popular area of La Zenia about 5 kms south of Torrevieja, it is a 5 minute walk to the blue flag La Zenia beach , the beaches at playa flamenca and cabo roig are also a short walk either side of la Zenia beach. There is a lidl , mercadona and consum supermarket all within 2 mins walk from the house from which you can buy anything you may need to make your holiday as relaxing as possible. Also within walking distance there is a large variety of bars and restaurants offering excellent cuisine and value for money. For any sporty guests the Orihuela Costa resort is on the way to the beach with facilities like tennis, football, a large swimming pool and sun loungers all at a very reasonable cost. For golfers there are 3 excellent courses within 10 mins of the house, the award winning Villamartin, Las Ramblas, and Campamor. For guests who do not wish to hire a car transfers can be arranged from Alicante or Murcia airports at a very reasonable price.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A non-refundable deposit of 100 pounds is required at time of booking, the balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure. There is a charge of 60 euros for cleaning which is paid directly to the key holder on arrival by the renter this is not part of the rental charge.l.
    A £50 deposit is also required for damages which will be sent by return after the property has been cleaned and inspected on departure.
  • Rental rates for 20th Dec 2006 to 9th Jan 2007 is 200 pounds per week.

'EXCELLENT SPACIOUS PROPERTY'

I have stayed at this property about 5 times in the last few years, I have tried somewhere else but frankly didn't find it as well equipped or located as this property.
Firstly it is very easy to get to from Murcia or Alicante airports as it it just off the motorway (AP7) toll or not far from the main coastal road (N332).
The house itself is very comfortable and very much a home from home with what I thought was a well equipped kitchen, 3 spacious bedrooms with plenty of wardrobe space and 2 bathrooms which is great when more than one person is getting ready. The lounge has Sat TV, dvd player with films and cd player. We thought the balconies were great if we wanted to eat or have a quiet drink outside on the evening.
Were the house is located there are plenty of bars and some very good restuarants with Feliz chinese being one of our favorites. There is a bank very close across from the consum supermarket (2 mins walk) were you can buy more or less anything you like.
All in all this house is in a great area because most of the beaches are a very short drive away and they're are a few different ones which are clean and well worth a visit.
I will definately be going back and would recommend this property to anyone.

Excellent Property No fuss Renting!!

From the moment i decided on a beach holiday i decided that my family of 5 who were used to active breaks needed a big space of their own. I discovered this marvellous 3 bedroom duplex house. It was walking and staggering distance from everything anyone could possibly need. Cuisine of all types nearby spanish, chinese european etc all walking distance and all value for money. The area is about 500 m from facitities which means the complex is quiet nd family orientated. There is a communl pool that is safe and well used.
As for the property we were totally spoiled!! Sky TV even Irish RTE to watch gaelic matches and Mark the owner left movies to play if the kids wanted an afternoon off from the beach/pool. The rooms were spacious and clean, bed lien was provided. The kitchen was fully functional and the entire house was air conditioned. 2 balconies front and back (overlooking the quiet pool) what more could you ak for. The owner Mark Howard made everything so easy and although we did not meet i spoke to him on the phone many times. If and when i go again this will be the place for me. The ease of access from airports was a dream!

Fantastic property

I've stayed here twice in the last 12 months and will definitly go again this year. It is always clean and with all the comforts of home meaning a quiet night in with a bottle of wine is a pleasure. The complex is nice and secure and very clean and the pool is never too busy. The complex has a great family feel and our two kids made quite a few friends while we were there. The surrounding area is also fantastic with bars, excellent restaurants and shops all close at hand.
