Photos and Description of this La Zenia holiday house 2 bedrooms, bathroom with wc, separate downstairs wc, sleeps 4. Communal pool.

Our house is a short walk to sandy Blue Flag beaches and within 10 minutes drive of Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas golf courses. Car hire is not essential, airport transfers can be arranged and there is a taxi rank and bus stop nearby. You can walk to the supermarkets, local bars, restaurants, pharmacy, hairdressers, shops, banks, cash machines and tourist information, also to a nearby Saturday market. The property is fully furnished including TV with English channels, video, oven & hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, iron & ironing board, hairdryer. There is an air conditioning unit in the lounge and one in each bedroom, these can also be used for heating during cooler times. The 1st floor master bedroom with double bed has its own balcony & a safe, the second bedroom has twin beds. The bathroom is tiled throughout and has bath & shower, handbasin and wc. Our house shares a beautiful communal pool surrounded by a well maintained grassed sunbathing area.

Our house is superbly located for all amenities but equally well equipped if you want to ‘stay at home’. The local Blue Flag beach has something for everyone. For the energetic there's a children's play area, volleyball net, and banana rides or for those of you who just want to relax in the sun you can hire a sunbed and parasol. Drinks and snacks can be purchased at the beach bar or for something more substantial stroll to the restaurant with terrace overlooking the sea. There is a coastal path to Playa Flamenca beach to the left or to Cabo Roig on the right passing the marina and sandy coves. For those who do hire a car, there are excellent roads to towns, cities and mountain areas, families will love the biggest theme park in the Mediterranean, ‘Terra Mitica’ which has something for everyone or you may like to have a great day out at Aquopolis with rapids, zig zag water slides, wave pool and much more.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Price includes meet and greet service at the house to hand over keys and explain operation of alarm, air con, TV, safe etc. and key collection on departure. It also includes electricity, gas and water but is exclusive of final laundry and cleaning costs which amounts to €55 for up to one week, an extra €25 euros for each further week to cover laundry change. Bed linen and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach/pool towels.
    Airport transfers can be arranged from Alicante or Murcia airports. These are charged at 50 euros each way from Alicante and 40 euros from Murcia for up to 4 people. Extra people up to a maximum of 8 are charged at 5 euros each. A variety of welcome packs can be supplied.
    Traditional, 15 Euros.This typically contains: 5 litres mineral water, fresh semi-skimmed milk, sliced white bread, dairy spread, strawberry jam, Nescafe coffee, 6 eggs, sliced ham, sliced cheese, carton of orange juice.
  • Healthy Options, 20 Euros. This typically contains: 5 litres mineral water, fresh skimmed milk, sliced wholemeal bread, low fat spread, healthy options cereal, Nescafe coffee, 6 eggs, sliced ham, sliced cheese, carton of orange juice, 4 pieces of seasonal fresh fruit.
    Luxury, 35 Euros. This typically contains: 5 litres mineral water, fresh semi-skimmed milk, 2 fresh baguettes, packet of butter, selection of jams, Nescafe coffee, Tetley teabags, packet of bacon, 6 eggs, carton of orange juice, carton of pineapple juice, fresh croissants, bottle of sparkling Cava.
  • Non-refundable deposit of £100 is required at the time of booking with balance plus a £50 damage and lost key deposit due 8 weeks prior to departure. Damage/key deposit, less any costs for damage or loss will be returned after the house is cleaned and inventory checked.

Notes: On the ground floor we have a fully furnished lounge/diner with air conditioning unit, separate well equipped kitchen and a wc with washbasin. A marble staircase leads to the first floor bedrooms and bathroom with wc. Each bedroom has a large wardrobe, drawers for extra storage and remote controlled air-conditioning which can be used for heating in the cooler months. The master bedroom also has a security safe and balcony with table and chairs for those who like to 'watch the world go by’. The attractive pool is surrounded by a well maintained grassed area with shrubs and flowers, it is for the sole use of our community and accessed by a locked gate.

Just stayed here at the weekend, fab apartment, so central loads of room and a lovely friendly owner who was really quick at replying to all our emails and requirements. When we came home an email was there asking us how we would like our deposit back!!! Hassle free booking & lovely taxi driver Gerry when we got there!!! Clean prop nothing needed only yourselves and a few pairs of shorts!!! Can't wait to go back am trying to book it already. Hit Alejandros. Paddy's Point & Groagarties for the craic. Give the chinese a wide berth though!!! LOVE LOVE LOved the appt!!!

We spent a first rate week at this property! We had fantastic service from start to finish; everything was spotlessly clean; the kitchen was well equipped and the outdoor equipment was everything we could need. The location is excellent for shopping, walking, sunbathing and touring.
On our first day it poured from the heavens but we were more than comfortable in the house just reading and watching UK TV. The rest of the week we spent walking, sightseeing, and sunbathing on the patio. A really relaxing week!!!
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the property, also the pick-up service which was second to none!

this is a lovely house spotlessly clean it is everything and more the website said it was it is a short walk(200Meters)from shops resteruants bars about 6 Mins walk from La Zenia beech The house the location and the owners service agent was everything we could ask for We would not only recommend this to our friends But we will be back ourselves hopefully on many moer occations

stayed at this here in January 09, what a lovely clean
house.
We were met at the house and had everything explained to us, also there was two folders with nearly all you needed to know about resturants, shops, and places to go
The house was very comfy which is great everything you needed was in the house aircon which we used asit was cold at night.
There is a supermaket around the road and shops just down the road so everything you need for a stress free holiday.
Had no problems from start to finish and would definately recommend this property and hopefully will be back this year

We have just come back from the house, and i must say it is a very nice and clean house, comfy settees, good size kitchen with everything you would need. Bed is also comfy with a balcony off the double room. Nice garden to sit in when the sun's out. would definately recommend to people there is also booklets which are very very good for finding your way round, which a lot of people forget to leave in the villa's.
All in all great holiday home
