The house has the use of an outdoor communal swimming pool. The property is situated within ten minutes walking distance to La Zenia beach and there are three championship golf courses within 10 minutes drive.The property has a large garden and barbecue area and a balcony off each of the three bedrooms.

The house is situated in the popular area of La Zenia about 5 km south of Torrevieja, it is a 10 minute walk to the La Zenia sandy beach and the beaches of Cabo-roig and Playa Flamenca are also a short walk either side of the La Zenia beach. There is a large supermarket 2 mins walk from the house. Also within walking distance there are many bars and restaurants offering excellent cuisine and value for money. For the sporty guests the Orihuela Costa resort 3min from the house offers facilities like tennis, a large swimming pool with sun loungers at a very reasonable cost. For golfers there are three courses within 10 min drive, Villamartin, Las Ramblas, and Campamor. The local airports are Alicante 40 minutes and Murcia 15 minutes drive. Airport transfers can be arranged.

Notes to the rental rates

  • Not included in the rental rates is a security/Key deposit of €100 (£75) which will be required on arrival and will be refunded on inspection of the property & return of the house keys. There is a cleaning after departure charge of 60 Euros and will be payable to the key holder on arrival. There may also be a charge of €50 per week for moderate use of the air-conditioning. The property must be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure if there is another booking that day. Should there be no new clients arriving, you are welcome to stay until you depart for your flight.
    In order to confirm a booking €200 (Euro) is required by bank transfer / Paypal to the owner and the balance eight weeks prior to the holiday. On receipt of balance detailed instructions for key collection and directions to the house will be sent immediately.
  • Linen and hand/bath towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
