The property is in a gated residential area within walking distance of many local restaurants, shops and bars. The popular Saturday Playa Flamenca market is also just a stroll away. The Blue Flag beaches of Playa Flamenca and La Zenia are a 20-30min walk away. There are over 8 golf courses within a 30 min drive. (A set of clubs are available for use. Please advise if required.). Accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin), both with air conditioning. Living room with sat. TV and DVD player. Sofa and 2 reclining chairs. Fully fitted kitchen. Conservatory/ dining area with table and 4 chairs. Ceiling fans in all rooms. Outside there are 2 sun terraces with sun loungers, patio furniture and outside shower. Small drive with off road parking. There is a communal swimming pool with children's section. Please bring your own beach towels.

Golf in the area: There are many new golf courses within a 30 minute drive as well as the 3 local courses Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamour (10 min) . A set of right handed clubs are available for use. (Please advise if required). We have played most courses in the area and are happy to help in any way we can.

Very comfortable house with excellent facilities. Convenient for restaurants,beaches, GOLF and shops. I would recommend this house to anyone wanting either a relaxing or active holiday.

Our family of four found this property very well equipped, clean and comfortable with all you could need for a relaxing holiday. The property was as described and met all our expectations. The location in the resort itself is nice and quiet. Some restaurants, bars etc within a 5-10 minute walk - others a little further. A car is useful to reach the supermarkets and beaches.

The local beaches were very nice - soft sand and clear water (although sea-weedy at times when windy).

We particularly enjoyed visiting the Spanish restaurant next to the Go Carts and 'Sunrise' above Supercor.

The weather in July was beautiful - hot but not too hot!

We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a property in Playa Flamenca.

We had a excellent holiday at this villa, villa was spotless and well maintained, easy walking distance to a variety of restuarants and bars, there is lots of supermarkets locally Mercadona, Lidil, carrefour etc, we hired a car from carjet.com at Murcia airport only 20 mins drive, I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday. Martyn and Sue are lovely people to deal with, allready planning our next trip.

lovely villa, not far from shops or places to eat, very short walk to swimming pool , property was very clean and well maintained, would recommend to friend
