Casa Fortuna is situated in Panorama Golf, VillaMartin, and is the Ideal holiday home not just for golf enthusiasts but also those who want to enjoy the sun, sea and the delights of southern Spain. In addition to Villamartin golf course, there is a choice of 3 other golf courses nearby. For those who prefer the sun and sea, the beaches are about 5 minutes away. There is also a communal pool. Within walking distance is the Villamartin Plaza which has restaurants serving a range of international cuisine, entertainment, bars and a supermarket. Panorama Golf is close to Alicante and Murcia airports. The house is built on 3 floors. On the ground floor, there is the living/dining room, twin bedroom, shower room, fully equipped kitchen, terrace and garden. The second floor comprises the master/double bedroom, twin bedroom & bathroom. The balcony is accessible from both bedrooms. The solarium, on the top floor, has views of Villamartin golf course & a glimpse of Mediterranean Sea.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer. Weekly rates shown include use of all facilities in the house, communal pool and provision of towels, bed linen, electricity and water. Beach and pool towels are excluded. For up to 4 people, please pay key-holder on arrival 55 Euros for cleaning and laundry service. For 5 to 6 people, please pay an extra 10 euros per person.
  • Booking conditions: £100 to secure booking. Balance plus £150 security bond (in case of unlikely damages) to be paid 8 weeks before arrival date. If booking is less than 8 weeks before arrival date, full payment is required. Security bond will be destroyed or returned after your departure and return of keys to our key holder and confirmation of no damages. Weekly rates shown are for up to a maximum of 6 people.
    Cancellation refunds: Less than 2 weeks - no refund, 2 to 4 weeks - 25%, 4 to 6 weeks - 50%.
    Checking in time is normally after 2pm and departure time before 10am. These times can be flexible subject to outgoing or incoming guests (check with key holder).

Climate, weather and geography: The Costa Blanca ('White Coast') is situated on the south east coast of Spain with a 200km coastline boasting some of the most beautiful beaches in Europe. It has an enviable climate with average temperatures ranging from 17C (63F) in the winter months to 32C (90F) in the summer and enjoying over 320 days of sunshine per year with very low rainfall. The salt lagoons near Torreveija dehydrate the air and provide a unique healthy micro dry climate. It is reported by the World Health Organisation that the area is one of the healthiest places in Europe.

Holiday attractions and leisure activities: Costa Blanca ('White Coast') is renowned for its white sandy beaches and most of its golden beaches fly the European Blue Flag, a hallmark of cleanliness and safety for both swimming and recreational activities. These beaches include La Zenia, La Mata, Playa Flamenca and El Cura. About 47km and 35km from the airports of Alicante and Murcia respectively lies the old fishing port of Torrevieja and its many attractions. The cuisine in the area reflects the variety of fresh seafood and there are hundreds of restaurants serving a range of international cuisine. Night life ranges from live music and dancing in a traditional Spanish restaurant, BBQ on the beach or a night out in one of the town's discos. Sailing, yachting and diving are offered at The Royal Nautical Club and the International Sports Marina. Other sporting activities include golf, tennis, bowling, horse riding and walking. Your stay may coincide with one of many fiestas held throughout the year.

Golf: The Mediterranean climate offers fantastic opportunity to play golf almost all year round. There are several world class golf courses located near your holiday home. Villamartin golf course is almost adjacent to Urbanization Panorama Golf and visible from the solarium at the top floor. It was opened in 1972 and has a par 72 (18 holes) course. A challenging course is created by using its natural contours, cleverly placed bunkers and surrounding trees, some of which are olive. Club de Golf Las Ramblas de Oriheula was built in 1991 and has a par 72 (18 holes) course. Shortest course but also considered most challenging and there are stunning views of the lakes through the course. Real Club de Golf Campoamor was opened in 1989 and has a par 72 (18 holes) course. It is set in two valleys, the first 9 holes in one valley are quite open and the rest are in the second valley which wind through the steep sided hills thus providing a good challenge. Golf la Finca was built in 2002 and has a par 72 (18 holes) course. It is situated on the outskirts of Algorfa and considered very challenging. Club de Golf la Marquesa was built in 1989 and has a par 72 (18 holes) course, close to the capital of Murcia and is notorious for its water holes.

An exceptional holiday

Me and my family find in Casa Fortuna the ideal place to spend our holiday. The house is very clean, well-maintained and full equipped. Car is recommmended to went to the local beaches and to visit the lovely nearby cities. The keyholders are extremely friendly and helpfull.
I strongly recommend this property to anyone who want to rest.
Nearby we can find beaches, restaurants, music, bars, etc.

Wonderfull Villa, spotlessly clean & well maintained.
Centrally located, although use of a car is recommmended, especially in order to visit local beaches.Only slight dissappointment was the use of the shared pool, which was very busy during the day, recommend use either early or late in day, before it gets too busy. Local management couple, extremely knowlegable & helfull, nothing appeared too much trouble. Highly recommended....
