This is a newly built townhouse in the sought after Villamartin area. There is a private road leading to the property therefore very safe for young children. Downstairs the property consists of living room/kitchen diner, cloakroom. There is a small courtyard at the back where the washing machine and boiler is situated. The upstairs consists of fully fitted bathroom and 2 bedrooms, one double with balcony and the other twin bedded i.e. the property sleeps 4 people (there is a sofa bed in the living area suitable for children in case of need). The house is fully furnished and has all facilities for self catering purposes. Patio furniture consists of table and three chairs and umbrella for use on the front patio area which is an excellent sun trap as the property is south facing.

This townhouse is situated in the sought after Villamartin district and is a few minutes drive away from the famous Las Ramblas and Don Cayo golf course which are one of the 3 championship golf courses in this part of Spain. The plaza square which is next to this golf course, has over 25 restaurants, shops and bars and the nearby Cabo Roig area offers more clubs and restaurants to cater for all gastronomic needs. A 15 minute drive away is the town of Torrevieja where a variety of large stores, boutiques and spanish bars can be found. During the day and evening market stalls are open with large selections of goods to cater for everyone. The marina is close by and great cuisine from different parts of the world can be found in the many ocean front cafes and bars.
