Our villa on the exclusive development 'Residencial BelAir' in Calpe is situated within walking distance of the town centre. Far enough away for peace and tranquillity, yet close enough to take full advantage of the facilities Calpe has to offer. The development is entered through an remote controlled electric gate offering constant security. There are 15 privately owned semi-detached and terraced villas on this complex, set in a U-Shape around a communal swimming pool 'beach entrance' and Mediterranean garden laid out with grass and palm trees. All villas are south facing and boast views of the sea and Calpe's Peñon d'Ifach. The villas have hot/cold air-conditioning ducted into every room and the bathrooms are finished to the highest quality with suspended sanitary ware. The kitchens are fully fitted and equipped with white goods and appliances of the highest standard. Our 2 Bedroom villa has a covered porch and through a security door you enter into the downstairs which comprises of an entrance hall, living room with fireplace, dining area, kitchen with breakfast bar, toilet and under-stairs storage. The living area has French windows making the room very light and airy. Through the double French doors, you go out to the covered terrace and private garden with gate leading to the communal pool and garden area. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bath & separate shower) and fitted wardrobes with safe. The second bedroom, also with fitted wardrobes, has sole use of the second bathroom (shower only) across the landing. Both bedrooms have access to the same balcony with beautiful panoramic views of Calpe town and the sea. Apart from air-conditioning and heating, the villas are fitted with double glazed windows which have roller blinds upstairs. Everything is electric so there is no need to worry about changing gas bottles.

Notes to the rental rates

• A deposit of 50% is required upon confirmation of the booking. Final 50% balance is required 6 weeks prior to arrival (Negotiable under special circumstances). Payments are to be made by bank transfer in Euro currency only with transfer charges on top of the rental price. Please discuss with owner upon booking.
  
• A refundable deposit of 400€ will be required, to be paid locally on arrival. Please see the Terms & Conditions you receive before making your booking.
  
• Linen and towels are not included, so you can either bring your own or hire them for 12€ per person. (There is a washing machine at the villa). For electricity 10€ per day will be charged, to be paid locally. You may also hire a cot for 20€ (per week) and a high chair for 10€ (per week). This can be paid locally or with the balance of the holiday payment. This is also fully explained in the Terms & Conditions.

Calpe is a perfect location for the keen golfers among you. 20 minutes drive takes you to La Sella Golf Course with its new Marriott Hotel located near Denia, and Oliva Nova Golf Club another 10 minutes further in Oliva. There are also Golf Clubs in Calpe itself, Javea, Moraira and Altea - all well within a half hours drive from the villa.
