These are ,La Fustera, Pinets, Advocat, Baladrar, Algas & Les Bassettes. Las Fuentes is 25 minutes from Benidorm, and the theme parks Terra Mitica, Aqualandia,Mundo Mar & Aitana Safari park. There are several mountain ranges nearby providing excellent opportunities for rock climbing and walking, 3 yacht marinas & more than 18 beaches & exclusive coves. The Costa Blanca is a popular location for both long and short holidays in the throughout the year for active holidaymakers as well as for sun-seekers . The villa is ideally placed for persons who enjoy walking, sailing, cycling and golf. There are many societies who welcome walkers, climbers and mountaineers during the winter period. The area is very popular with international cyclists because of the wide variety of roads and cycling challenges. The Spanish teams train in the area as well as many cycling clubs with members ranging from 15-70.There are at least 10 fine golf courses in easy reach of the villa.
