Supermarkets restaurants and entertainment are nearby. Located 6km from Benissa,Moraira & Calpe. Water sports and golf courses are close to the villa . Accommodates 8 to 10 persons. On the Ground floor are lounge, dining room, entrance hall, kitchen, shower room. First floor has a TV room , 4 bedrooms, bathroom & sun terrace. This is a beautiful green area near all amenities but is still very exclusive.The family friendly resorts of Calpe and Moraira which abound in water sports, beach facilities, shopping and entertainment are less than 10 minutes away by a direct route. Tennis, Riding/trekking is available nearby.There is also very easy access to many golf courses which range from 9 hole to championship level.The area is popular with cyclists,walkers/ rock climbers all year. There are several mountain ranges nearby providing opportunities for rock climbing, hang gliding & walking, 3 yacht marinas & more than 18 beaches & exclusive coves. The Costa Blanca is a popular location for both long and short holidays throughout the year for active holidaymakers as well as for sun-seekers . The villa is ideally placed for those who enjoy riding,sailing,water-sports, cycling, golf and tennis. There are many local groups who welcome walkers, climbers and mountaineers during the winter period. The area is very popular with international cyclists because of the wide variety of roads and cycling challenges. The Spanish cycling teams train in the area as well as clubs with members ranging from 15-70.There are at least 10 fine golf courses in easy reach of the villa. Riding is less than 5km and Tennis is round the corner from the villa.
