Fantastic, luxury Spanish villa with three bedrooms in the main house and separate 2 bed apartment with shared shower room and kitchen/diner below. Ideally suiting either two or three families holidaying together, or a large group. The extensive tropical gardens on 3 levels and the pool create a tranquil, stunning environment found in few other rental properties. The villa is air-conditioned for the summer months and centrally heated for the winter with a large Spanish open fireplace making it attractive for both summer holidays and cosy winter holidays (situated next to many walks within the Montgo mountain it makes ideal location for walking/mountain biking holidays during winter months too. Built in Spanish FInca style with rustic tiled floors, the villa has a real 'homes and gardens' look with the comfort of a homely feel. Casa Naranja is set in a quiet, prestigious residential area with spectacular panoramic sea views, just 10mins drive from sea and shops.

Large balcony to rear with stunning sea views and overlooking pool and gardens. 3 large bedrooms all with en suites, 2 of them with french doors to balcony. Open plan lounge/diner and American kitchen. The apartment overlooks the pool on ground level and has 2 double bedrooms, one with patio doors, a shared shower room and a large kitchen diner. Sky TV in the main house with main english channels.

Denia is a beautiful typically Spanish coastal town situated between Valencia and Alicante, and is made picturesque by its setting at the base of Montgo mountain, with its own 'Ramblas' style main street, castle and quaint old town opposite the harbour. In contrast to much of Spain, the area has a lush feel to it due to the orange groves that surround the town. Frequently quoted as having the most ideal climate in Europe, with pleasant cool sea-breezes during Summer afternoons, it has a thriving fishing port, offers boat trips along the coast and daily ferries to Ibiza/Majorca. During summer evenings the harbour area restaurants buzz and there is a nightly street market. There are many excellent quality shops and some of the best of the area's hundreds of restaurants are at the new marina. One of the joys all year round is taking a long stroll from the villa down the beach towards Denia harbour. This golden sandy beach retains an unspoilt nature and sunsets are often spectacular.

We had a very wonderfull time in Casanaranja, the house was very clean, well-maintained, we had a nice surpise, we arrive early in the morning at the time we are in casanaranja we have no time anything to buy to have breakfast but the owner have already for us a good bottle of wine and for our breakfast many thanks
the Swmmingpool was wonderfull, the view of Denia as well, we could really have a nice holidays I will recommend casanaranja is a very nice place to stay.

Stunning!!

We stayed at this villa in Jun 09 with another family. It was everything and much more than we expected! The villa is beautifully furnished with ample space in the living areas. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and accommodated us all perfectly.

The grounds and swimming pool are fantastic with stunning views of Denia town and harbour, the kids were in the pool all day every day!

Denia town itself is only a ten min drive away with some lovely, trendy bars and restaurants.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were very sad to leave so we have already booked for next year!

Wonderful stay at Casa Naranja

We've had a wonderful holiday at Casa Naranja.
The villa was really beautiful and it was exactly as shown on the photografs.
We really appreciated the welcome pack.
The villa was fully equiped and everything we needed was there, even toys for the children. The view was astonishing (sea and mountain). Just a few metres walk and we were at the Montgo park where we took several footpaths and enjoyed the spectacular views.
The swimmingpool was regularly cleaned during our stay. And also the beautiful garden was well maintained.
A car is absolutely necessary. The roads to the villa where not very good and sometimes even very bad. It took about a 10 - 15 minutes drive to Denia, the beach and shops.
We preffered the Les Deveses beach which was less crowded and took about a 20 minutes drive.
We hope to come back again and will absolutely recommend this villa to all our friends and family.
