The ground floor has large entrance hall with w.c./shower room, sitting room with corner sofas, 2 armchairs, TV/Cable, DVD. Large balcony off sitting room with gas barbecue, perfect for alfresco dining. American style kitchen with marble worktops, ceramic hob, cooker, extractor, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, micro-wave cooker & toaster. First floor main bedroom has a further balcony. Top floor has a lobby with 2 drinks fridges & French doors lead onto the extensive roof terrace with wonderful views of golf course, mountains and sea. The Trent Jones course at El Bosque is an hour's drive away. The stables at La Sella offer activities for both beginners and experienced riders. There are 5 tennis courts with tuition available. Mountain bikes can be hired to explore the magnificent Mt Montgo National Park nearby. A new theme park and water park are within 30 minutes drive. The Jalon Valley offers magnificent views and bodegas. A hour's drive takes you to Valencia (Spain's third largest city) where you can marvel at either the modern or traditional architecture or just dine inside the largest aquarium in Europe while the fish swim all around you.

The property is only 4 years old

The property is only 4 years old so all furniture and fittings are new and to a very high standard. Full air-conditioning is available at a charge of £35 per week as a contribution towards electricity. If you have a larger party we can offer 2 further adjoining villas up to similar spec. offering total availability for 26 persons (suitable for special parties, celebrations or golf groups). We can book all tee times and arrange special green fees in advance. Also total golf bookings can be arranged.

Golf

Total package can be booked prior to arrival with reduced green fees. All three villas are front line position offering view of golf course and easy access within 10 minutes. The 18 hole Championship Golf Course offers great golf for all handicaps, easy tuition, driving range, club hire. The existing course designed by Jose Maria Olazabel will have a further 9 holes added in 2008. Alternative sports on offer are great tennis facilities with tuition, horse riding, mountain biking or just walking. All this is here in the amazing Mount Mongo National Park . Sandy beaches within 15 minutes drive offer great swimming, sunbathing and sailing.

Other Activities La Sella Golf Course and Marriott Hotel are within 5 minutes from Villa. Also 2 top golf courses in Europe are within an easy drive.

Golf Information:

Other great golf courses are nearly, such as the course at Oliva Nova - a great test of links golf designed by Seve Ballesteros at a 20 minute drive from the villa. One of top courses in Europe is in easy driving distance called El Bosque designed by Robert Trent Jones. And if you want to try one of the best courses in Europe- in fact voted 2nd after Valderama then we we are within 50 minutes of El.Saler.
