This beautiful self catered villa is brilliant for families looking for a quiet, safe relaxing holiday. It is designed in a rustic Mediterranean style, appointed to the highest specification, comfortably sleeping 6 adults. The ground floor comprises two twin bedrooms, shower room, fully fitted kitchen including washing machine and microwave, a spacious lounge with T.V. and DVD/CD player and dining area. The spiral staircase leads to the upstairs master double bedroom with its own en suite shower room and sun terrace. The villa has heating and air conditioning (small supplement) and is set in its own garden and opposite one of a number of communal swimming pools. This is a private development and the majority of villas are not for rent. You will find a well kept secret! Whilst the pool opposite the villa is communal it is quiet all year round. In the height of the season there are invariably only a few sharing families. Enough for kids to make friends but quiet enough for mum & dad!

La Sella Residencial is 5km inland from Denia within 1km of the A7 motorway. From the A7 it is an hour's drive to either Alicante in the south or Valencia in the north. For Sat Nav directions the postal address is: Calle Foia de Bunyol 8 Ptda La Sella 03750 Pedreguer (Alicante) You will find the villa ideally placed to explore everything the region has to offer. It is a five minute drive from the motorway linking Alicante & Valencia. This motorway takes you to Terra Mitica, Aqualandia, Mundomar, Benidorm Palace to the south, & the beautiful little towns to the north en route to Valencia. Closer to home the long sandy beaches of Javea & Denia are within a fifteen minute drive and the magnificent Mount Montgo provides the stunning view from the villa.

All year round interest: For non golfers La Sella offers all weather tennis, horse riding and an amazing variety of crystal clear pools suitable for all the family, or just sit in the residents bisto and watch! Just a 10 minute drive to Denia with long sandy beaches and safe swimming. Take the daily ferry to Ibiza to dance the night away, stroll along the harbour wall, shop in the small boutiques or just sit outside a bar under the leafy trees in the Campo de Marques. Visit the bodegas in Jalon, sample the local vino free of charge and visit the flea market to haggle for a bargain. Follow the mountain road to Pinos, enjoy the stunning views from a hilltop restaurant return via Javea and catch a film in the English cinema. Try a day trip to Benidorm (30 mins drive) with Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Aqualandia & Mundoma. Hit the beach for banana boat rides and waterskiing. In the evening a visit to the Benidorm Palace for top quality cabaret with an excellent evening meal, all drinks included for 40 Euros!

Golf: The villa is part of the La sella golf & tennis complex. La Sella boasts an 18 hole Olazabal designed championship course which will challenge golfers of all abilities. A round will cost approximately 60 euros (subject to local variation). Tee off times can be booked on 0034 96 645 4252. There are other top quality courses within half an hours drive including Oliva Nova to the north and two brand new courses at Terra Mitica (Benidorm) to the south. Another fifteen minutes in the car brings the championship courses of El Saler & El Bosque towards Valencia and Alicante & Bonalba near Alicante into play. There are also many nine hole courses nearby well worth a visit. These include Javea Calpe, Ifach and Don Cayo. This really is an excellent area to explore Spanish golf at its best!
