This villa Redonda is brand new - construction has been completed only a few months ago! - and is situated in a residential area of Javea. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room and circular dining room. The open plan kitchen is fully fitted with excellent quality units and granite worktops. There is a large entrance hall leading to the large covered naya, which in turn has got access to the pool terraces. There are two spacious bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, and two bathrooms. Up the spiral staircase, there is large circular bedroom in the centre tower with fitted wardrobes, en-suite shower room and access to a private sun terrace. The villa is fitted with double-glazed PVC windows, a 10,000 litre water deposit, and has a private swimming-pool, garden area and parking.

Our Villa Redonda is situated in the cosmopolitan resort of Jávea and within easy reach of both Denia and Moraira, as well as Calpe. Jávea offers a varied selection of shops, bars, restaurants, and has a marina, rocky coves and a sandy beach. The sea front restaurants are famous for their fresh fish and seafood dishes and a whole host of international cuisines are also available. A 40 minute drive gets you to one of the largest theme parks in Europe 'Terra Mitica' in Benidorm, along with 'Aqualandia' water park, 'Mundomar' animal park and the beautiful waterfalls at Algar. Jávea offers many attractions itself, but is centrally located to offer an appealing past time for everyone.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A deposit of 50% is required upon confirmation of the booking. Final 50% balance is required 6 weeks prior to arrival (Negotiable under special circumstances).
    Payments are to be made by bank transfer in Euro currency only with transfer charges on top of the rental price. Please discuss with owner upon booking.
  • A refundable deposit of 400€ will be required, to be paid locally on arrival. Please see the Terms & Conditions you receive before making your booking.
  • Linen and towels are not included , so you can either bring your own or hire them for 12€ per person. (There is a washing machine at the villa). 60 € for a final cleaning will be charged, this wants to be paid locally, on arrival. You may also hire a cot for 20€ (per week) and a high chair for 10€ (per week). This can be paid locally or with the balance of the holiday payment, also a charge of 50 Euros if you bring a pet. This is also fully explained in the Terms & Conditions.
