Our villa is for large families wishing to holiday together and yet have there own apartments with lots of surrounding space. For children there is an entertainment room with Wall mounted Flat screen Monitor DVD, VCR, Xbox 360 portable CD player and Table football.For entertainment around the pool there is a pool table, table tennis,The Pool is completely private with grape vineyard and orange trees surrounding. The View of the Montgo Mountain and the lights from the old town at night is breath taking.The Home cinema room is available to all,with a Retro Games table machine,although we ask parents to supervise children.We do have on the 1st floor a beautiful area where all guests can congregate for meals.The table has seating for up to 18 persons.In the Courtyard we have an 'Adults only Quiet area' with a sofa,2 chairs and coffee table,This area is very relaxing and a place to have you coffee and croissants or for an afternoon siesta with the smell of Jasmine and orange Kumquats,Ummmmm
upon arrival:
This is a NO Smoking villa.Upon arrival the owner will offer you an introduction to our villa and surrounding area and show you around.We also include in our price a 'Welcome Drink'for all guests.We ask you to Please leave the villa as you found it and empty your rubbish in bins across the road.We are energy conscious and environmentally friendly and we will collect all you waste plastic or glass bottles every day and take them away for you,we ask you not to leave lights on in or outside unnecessary.The owner will walk around the villa before your departure and we ask you to point out anything that might have got broken so that we can replace it in time for our next guests arrival.Please ensure that all guests have there own holiday insurance.We can cater for Birthday parties Wedding celebrations etc.If you book our coach service the driver will greet you at the airport arrivals, and take you to the coach and bring you to the villa.The villa is available at 3pm and departure is at 10am

Excursions can be arranged to Terra Mitica theme park near Benidorm approx 50 mins away from Javea. Wonderful day and evening out.
