'Villa Sharonade': Security deposit is required one week in advance and is fully returned one week later after your departure, if no breakages/ damage or excessive clean has occurred. Air conditioning and central heating are charged by the meter. Out of season arrival days may vary. The old town and Port area is close by and very easy to get to. Fiestas held in Easter, June Bull runs, parades processions, firework displays, burning of the Fallers, International fiesta, July Moors and Christians parade and firework display. September Firework display for half an hour and Paella tasting.

Arrival time: Arrival time is 2 pm Departure time is 10 am. Mini bus trips available to tourist attractions or just shopping. Car hire can be arranged from the villa if you prefer your own transport when you are here. Location does not need a car for local bars, restaurants, shops, supermarket. etc

Safe.: Our villa is well off the country lane with a beautiful Spanish wall surrounding the property. Very safe for children. Hidden in the countryside (and yet just 200 yds off the main road) with Orange trees in the garden, (Pick your own and juice them) Grape Vine groves and orange groves surround the pool area. Very quiet location on a country road. You are not overlooked. The Gardener and pool cleaner arrives twice a week to keep everything tidy and clean. Walking to the Arenal beach is 1km and takes approx 6-10 min's depending on age. The swimming pool starts at 4ft, plenty of grass to run around. The key holder will meet you after 2pm at the villa. Directions will be given if driving yourself.

Golf: There are many golf clubs close by. La Sella which is a 19 hole course is only 20 mins away.

Guest Book: We have just had a fantastic time at your villa, it's so convenient everywhere,. We walked and didn't feel we needed a car. It was nice to have a mini bus to collect us from the airport. The children have asked to come back next year and my answer to them was yes, if it's available. Thanks Sharon Dr Lee Cha 2005. One word describes Sharonade (Picturesque) we loved our holiday Lou 2006.My enduring memory of Sharonade will be that first glimpse I had as I opened the gate in the whitewashed wall. I honestly gasped with pleasure! The garden was a picture and my first impression was 'Yippee! It's as good as it sounded in the description!'We loved your finca. Spacious, very comfortable, lovely clean pool and the most comfortable bed in the master bedroom that I have ever had the pleasure of sleeping in. In fact, all my best intentions of getting up early to enjoy the comparative cool of the early morning went right out of the window after a couple of days, simply because the bed.07
