Our beautiful Spanish finca is very spacious, with wooden beamed ceiling .It is one level & 1km to the sandy Arenal beach, restaurants, bars, cafe & night life. AC/CH (if required) is chargeable. Master bed with king bed,en suite with double shower. 2nd bedroom, king bed ,3rd bedroom sleeps 4, 2 twins +bunk beds, country kitchen. wall mounted flat screen TV in Dining area. Utility room. Large lounge, Flat screen 37inch TV,satellite free to air. AC in the 2 Master bedrooms & Lounge.Ceiling fan in 3rd bedroom. Overlooking the swimming pool is the closed in Sun room with relaxing wicker furniture.The shallow end of the pool is 4ft deep to 8ft & is 8x5. Purpose built BBQ. Outside Table tennis. Set in large private garden with fruit and palm trees offering shade.Furniture and loungers.Superb Pool shower room and WC. Completely closed in. Perfect for family or singles, Children welcome. Supermarket 2min walk. Car not essential although advised for shopping. Airport transfers available

Javea is the dawn of Spain and has 350 days of sunshine a year.The villa is located off the main Cabo la Nayo road near the sandy Arenal beach of Javea. It is surrounded by orange and vine groves.The large garden and pool area is is enclosed with a wall and hedge.A very quite location, bungalow style Finca, safe for children and the elderly. Beautiful new al- fresco dining furniture in our garden with seating for up to 8 persons for those evenings when you prefer to stay around the pool to eat your evening meal.Please ,view in our photos The area is very central, 7 min walk to the sandy beach and 2 min to the supermarket, bars and restaurants.   • Return mini bus transfers from the airport can be arranged. To hold a booking, 50% deposit and 50% 2 months prior to your holiday. Damages security deposit of £500 is required one week prior to your holiday and will be reimbursed to you one week after your departure (less any damages or extra excessive clean). AC/ CH is charged by the unit per week,normal use 40 Euro per week payment at the end of the holiday. We ask to you leave the villa as you found it. Please note:Change over days are Friday's to Friday all prices are per week. Minimum of 2 week bookings in July & August. Bed linen and Bath Towels. are provided. 2 meter Beach towels can be rented for 4 Euro's per week. A minimum of 2 week bookings in July and August. One week booking has a cleaning surcharge of £50 to pay
    No more than a maximum of 8 persons .
    Return Mini Bus airport transfers arranged and car hire.

Notes: The Luxury spacious villa is tastefully decorated throughout, so much space. Having a large lounge and covered in Naya with view of the swimming pool makes it perfect for 2 families. The master bedroom has a Super king size bed with a New modern double shower room en suite. One other good size bedroom where bed can be made into a king size bed, (please ask in advance) American style shower room with WC and sink unit. Elegant tiles. Bedroom 3 can hold 2 sets of bunk beds or 2 twins. This villa is a good size family home, it has 9 rooms in total, and is enclosed with a wall surround and hedge. Very quiet and yet it only takes between 7 and 10 min to walk to the sandy beach of Javea. This villa is on one level but has 3 steps to the entrance. Owners live close by and are on call if you should require any help. Bed Linen is changed every week. Bath towels are supplied. Beach towels are rented out at a small fee of £3 per week. Air conditioning and central heating has a small extra cost.

'Villa Sharonade': Security deposit is required one week in advance and is fully returned one week later after your departure, if no breakages/ damage or excessive clean has occurred. Air conditioning and central heating are charged by the meter. Out of season arrival days may vary. The old town and Port area is close by and very easy to get to. Fiestas held in Easter, June Bull runs, parades processions, firework displays, burning of the Fallers, International fiesta, July Moors and Christians parade and firework display. September Firework display for half an hour and Paella tasting.

Arrival time: Arrival time is 3 pm Departure time is 10 am. Mini bus trips available to tourist attractions or just shopping. Car hire can be arranged from the villa if you prefer your own transport when you are here. Location does not need a car for local bars, restaurants, shops, supermarket. etc

Safe.: Our villa is well off the country lane with a beautiful Spanish wall surrounding the property. Very safe for children. Hidden in the countryside (and yet just 200 yards off the main road) with Orange trees in the garden, (Pick your own and juice them) Grape Vine groves and orange groves surround the pool area. Very quiet location on a country road. You are not overlooked. The Gardener and pool cleaner arrives twice a week to keep everything tidy and clean. Walking to the Arenal beach is 1km and takes approx 6-10 min depending on age. The swimming pool starts at 4ft, plenty of grass to run around. The key holder will meet you after 3pm at the villa. Directions will be given if driving yourself.

Golf: There are many golf clubs close by. La Sella which is a 19 hole course is only 20 mins away.

This is a great villa to holiday at. The position is brilliant, a short walk to the sea front (I timed it at 5 minutes where there is a nice beach bar), 10 minutes from the main beach area of Arenal where there are many bars and restaurants and about 20/25 minutes to the port where again there is a nice selection of bars and restaurants. At night, Arenal is lively and bouyant while the port, because it's smaller is less so and more relaxing.
The supermarket is a 5 minute walk also with a really good selection of fish and fresh food and has everything you could need.
The villa itself was great and really well spaced out unlike many villas we've hired. The kitchen diner is really convenient when you want to get out of the heat. The two main bedrooms have aircon which we found essential, along with the lounge area.
The pool is a really good size with loads of space around it to lie away from the kid's splashes and there is a really convenient outside toilet/shower block. We got good use from the outside BBQ which is really handy. Plenty of sun lounges etc.
It's also located in a quiet location and is very safe.
Sharon and Adrian were very welcoming and hospitable.
We have stopped in many villas around Spain including Javea and because of it's position and quality of the villa, Sharonade is currently the best. We will recommend it to our friends and would definately come back.

We were delighted with our choice of Sharonade for a family celebration. The villa, garden and pool more than lived up to our expectations - lots of space to have fun and quiet corners to relax, meeting the needs of the four year old, the singletons and the grandparents. We were pleased to find that the location was quiet and within easy reach of shops, bars etc. We could walk comfortably to the port, the old town and Arenal beach though not all in one go.
We enjoyed the evening strolls to the port which had more of a Spanish feel to it and used the local bus service to make our way home. We sampled many of the restaurants there at the water's edge and were lucky to see the spectacular local Moors and Christians festival.
The owners were extremely helpful and thoughtful in so many ways while providing transfers directly to and from the airport for us was a real boon and made for a totally stress-free holiday. I wish we could do it all again - now.
Recommended for:  Families with Young Children, Tourists without a Car, Age 55+

Brilliant Holiday in a wonderful villa - 3 children under 5 - mum and dad and grandad and nana pat. Property spotlessly clean well and stylishly equipped safe swimming pool and mature gardens with plenty of shade.
Well placed for shops and beach in a lovely resort and would recommend this villa to adult groups and families.

It was lovely to be welcomed by Sharon on our arrival at the villa. The accomodation is very spacious and comfortable and we soon felt 'at home'. Comfy beds, big wardrobes with plenty of coat hangers and a great power shower in the ensuite bathroom. Having our own pool was a bonus and the outside area has shady places to shelter from the sun and comfortable sun loungers.You can even have a game of table tennis under the palm trees. There are tables and chairs outside too and a BBQ.

As the evenings became a little cooler, after the heat of the day, we retreated to the softly lit naya. Or you can sit in the garden, listen to the birds twittering in the trees and watch the sun as it disappears from view behind the mountain. Very relaxing.

It might be useful to have a car for getting to the beach, especially with small children. Plenty of places to eat too. The villa has everything you need for a good holiday.

This was a beautiful family vacation treat. The finca is much more than we expected. Sharon and Adrian could not have been more helpful and made this a holiday to remember. The first time I have rented a villa and would definately recommend to anyone else. They have another villa if you are looking for a larger one called the 'palm'. *****
