Villa Sharonade is a luxury, spacious finca in Javea on the Costa Blanca 100 km from airport. Javea is the dawn of Spain and has 350 days of sunshine a year.The villa is located off the main Cabo la Nao road near the sandy Arenal beach of Javea. It is surrounded by orange and vine groves.The large garden and pool area is is enclosed with a wall and hedge.A very quite location, bungalow style Finca, safe for children and the elderly. Beautiful new al- fresco dining furniture in our garden with seating for up to 8 persons for those evenings when you prefer to stay around the pool to eat your evening meal.Please ,view in our photos The area is very central, 7 min walk (1km) to the sandy beach and 2 min to the supermarket (Mercadona), bars and restaurants. Price includes water and electric, bed linen, towels,T towels,Bed linen changed on Fridays for 2 week bookings.To hold a booking,a small deposit is required and followed by 50% of the balance and 50% 2 months prior to your holiday.Damages security deposit of £600 is required one week prior to your holiday & reimbursed to you 1 week later (less any damages or extra excessive clean). Notes: The Luxury spacious villa is tastefully decorated throughout.Having a large lounge and covered in Naya with view of the swimming pool makes it perfect for 2 families. Master bedroom has a superking size bed with a double shower en suite,The 2nd bedroom also has a superking size bed with a separate shower room,with elegant tiles. Bedroom 3 has a set of bunk beds and 2 twins. This villa is a good size family home, it has 9 rooms in total, and is enclosed with a wall surround, electric gates and porch. Very quiet and yet it only takes between 7 and 10 min to walk to the sandy beach of Javea.The finca is on one level but has 3 steps to the entrance. Owners live close by and are on call if you should require any help. Bed Linen is changed every week. Bath towels are supplied. Beach towels are rented out at a small fee of 3 Euro per week. Air conditioning and central heating is charged at 50 Euro a week for normal usage and is on a meter.2011,Heated Pool charged at 100 Euro per week

'Villa Sharonade': Change over days are flexible out of season. From June change over days are Friday's to Friday's.Excellent Location, close to all amenities and yet quiet and peaceful.Address Cami de la Fontana Javea.Security deposit is required one week in advance and is fully returned one week later after your departure, if no breakages/ damage or excessive clean has occurred. Air conditioning and central heating are charged at 50 Euro's per week for normal use.Over use will be charged extra. In 2011 the swimming pool will be heated at a charge of 100 Euro per week. Out of season arrival days may vary. The old town and Port area is close by and very easy to get to. Fiestas held in Easter, June Bull runs, parades processions, firework displays, burning of the Fallers, International fiesta, July Moors and Christians parade and firework display. September Firework display for half an hour and Paella tasting.

Arrival time: Arrival day is a Friday and the earliest arrival time is 3 pm Departure time is at 10 am. Mini bus trips available to tourist attractions or just shopping. Car hire can be arranged from the villa if you prefer your own transport when you are here. Location does not need a car for local bars, restaurants, shops, supermarket. etc

Safe.: Our beautiful quiet villa is well off the main road down a country lane with a beautiful Spanish wall surrounding the property. Very safe for children. Hidden in the countryside (and yet just 200 yards off the main road) with Orange trees in the garden, (Pick your own and juice them) Grape Vine groves and orange groves surround the pool area. Very quiet location on a country road. You are not overlooked. The Gardener and pool cleaner arrives twice a week to keep everything tidy and clean. Walking to the Arenal beach is 1km and takes approx 6-10 min depending on age. The swimming pool is 8x5 meters and the shallow end starts at 4ft, plenty of grass to run around. The owner will meet you after 3pm at the villa. Directions will be given if driving yourself.

Golf: There are many golf clubs close by. La Sella which is a 19 hole course is only 20 mins away.

This is a great villa to holiday at. The position is brilliant, a short walk to the sea front (I timed it at 5 minutes where there is a nice beach bar), 10 minutes from the main beach area of Arenal where there are many bars and restaurants and about 20/25 minutes to the port where again there is a nice selection of bars and restaurants. At night, Arenal is lively and bouyant while the port, because it's smaller is less so and more relaxing.
The supermarket is a 5 minute walk also with a really good selection of fish and fresh food and has everything you could need.
The villa itself was great and really well spaced out unlike many villas we've hired. The kitchen diner is really convenient when you want to get out of the heat. The two main bedrooms have aircon which we found essential, along with the lounge area.
The pool is a really good size with loads of space around it to lie away from the kid's splashes and there is a really convenient outside toilet/shower block. We got good use from the outside BBQ which is really handy. Plenty of sun lounges etc.
It's also located in a quiet location and is very safe.
Sharon and Adrian were very welcoming and hospitable.
We have stopped in many villas around Spain including Javea and because of it's position and quality of the villa, Sharonade is currently the best. We will recommend it to our friends and would definately come back.

Stunning villa, very private. Facilities very good. Only couple of small niggles like BBQ not cleaned after previous tennants and air con usage not fully explained until during our stay. Overall wonderful holiday, we thoroughly enjoyed it . Absolutely loved the poolside palm trees!!

Can't beat it!

What more can a family ask for in a villa. We took our son of 1½ & both sets of grandparents and could not have asked for a more perfect setting for our first family holiday. A major selling point for us was the lack of stairs, it meant our son could run about inside and out with no problems. Now saying the villa and grounds are spacious just doesn't cover it, there is tons of room by the pool, where you can either lie in the sun or in the shade under the palm trees (we wish we were there just now instead of rainy Scotland), there is table tennis, a large grass area and a car park space. The outside area also boasts a shower, toilet, 2 seating areas, fridge and a BBQ. Having an outside toilet and shower was great as it meant we were not walking through the villa leaving wet footprints, the fridge was great for drinks and the option of 2 sitting areas was a bonus as one was normally in the shade. The villa, pool and garden areas were very clean and as we had opted out of having the aircon on the owners had supplied fans in each room which was a life saver near the end of our holiday when the temperature rose. There was also the option of a cot and highchair which was really helpful for us. The villa is in a quiet location and extremely secure, we found this to be a bonus when our son went to bed and we were able to sit outside knowing he was safe. It is only a 10 minute walk to Arenal beach, with a selection of shops and bars on route. The beach is lovely and the promenade is great to walk along day and night with loads of restaurants to choose from. If you leave the villa and walk a few mins in the other direction you reach several supermarkets where there is a huge selection on offer. Sharon was great and helped us so much by organising the transfer to and from the villa, I can only imagine the stress if we had tried to do this ourselves. We were also lucky to be there when it was the fiestas of San Juan and was able to watch the amazing fireworks display from the villa. Finding another villa that offers so much will be extremely difficult and I believe it has spoilt us for future holidays. Thank you so much Sharon and Adrian, you made a holiday villa and home away from home.

happy times at sharonade

Sharonade villa provides all you could want for a super family holiday. We went as a family of four (two children aged 8 and 5) and another couple.
The villa is really spacious inside with a really good kitchen and living area if you needed to escape the sun for a bit of much needed air-conditioning!
The outside area is where the villa really excels. The pool was superb really clean and the outside shower and toilet really modern and very handy!
We tended to eat outside at the villa in the evenings enjoying the sun setting over the mountains and then walk or drive to the super beach bars. They all have huge candles lit at night and some have big leather beds to sit on. There were some really good restaurants nearby we particularly liked javea old town (market on a Thursday).
I would have no hesitation in recomending this villa to my friends and family.

Our Fabulous Family Holiday

We were welcomed by Adrian at the villa. The accommodation was very clean, spacious, modern and had everything necessary for a comfortable stay'. The outside area is where this villa excels. A beautiful pool, outside shower and toilet (very convenient), shady places to shelter from the sun and comfortable sun loungers. You can even have a game of table tennis under the palm trees.

The villa was down a quiet road and well within easy and safe walking distance (no uphill climbs) to the shops, beach and town centre.

We loved Javea which was quiet during the day but lively at night. Something for everybody in the family.

We are a family of young children and teenagers and we all enjoyed our stay at Sharonade. Would definitely consider going back.
