Villa Details:
This delightful villa’s location is unique, set in its own oasis of date palms, lawned area, pergola, and BBQ and a raised 8X4m floodlit pool it has all the ingredients for a perfect quiet relaxing holiday. It has outstanding views of the Montgo mountain, which rises 2467 feet above sea level, the resort of Javea and sea views which can only be fully appreciated from the glazed in Naya. The villa sleeps 4 comfortably + cot. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, gas hob, oven, toaster, kettle, iron, ironing board etc, and ample cupboard space. There is a utility area below the villa which houses the washing machine. There are 2 bedrooms, 1double, and 1 twin bedded room. 1 bathroom with separate toilet. All windows have security grills in place.
The Naya and Lounge:
During the day the glazed Naya offers beautiful views of the resort of Javea, Montgo mountain and the sea, and the lights of the resort and the San Antonio Lighthouse at night.
The Lounge and Naya are complete with sofa and armchairs, coffee tables, TV, DVD player, VCR and stereo system. The dining table seats 6 people. There is a high chair available. The lounge overlooks the pool and garden.
Pool and Garden:
Outside there is a 8X4m raised pool with lighting. There are ample sun loungers with cushions and a wooden table and 4 chairs. There is also an outside shower by the pool. This is a lovely area surrounded by mature date palms, native shrubs and plants. There is a separate BBQ area with further seating, ideal for ‘alfresco’ dining. The whole property is fenced and gated. The villa has central heating and is comfortable for winter lets by further arrangement.

The Javea area has several 9 and 18 hole professionally run golf courses in superb locations: One on the outskirts of Javea, approx 10 minutes from the villa and a new course approx 15 minutes away between Javea and Denia.
