This villa has an entrance porch, hall way leading into a good sized sitting room which has a working open fire, UK Sky TV, DVD and Hi fi. Two settees, occasional tables lamps etc. Good sized dining area, with dining table and chairs. Doors leading to south facing outside Naya. Fully fitted kitchen with all mod cons which include a microwave, fan assisted cooker 4 ring gas hob, fridge freezer. Large utility room also with fridge freezer. Master Bedroom has a king sized bed (photo showing twins) good sized wardrobes. Door in to master bathroom. Two twin bedrooms furnished with bedside tables, lamps and good sized wardrobes. Family bathroom. Outside. Naya leading from the sitting room which is ideal for eating outside. Five steps lead down to the fantastic garden and swimming pool which is 8 x 5 mtrs. 8'6' deep with roman steps. There is an outside kitchen with barbecue, patio table and chairs. Sun beds. Also shower and toilet. Drive way car Parking for 3 - 4 cars.

Javea Yacht Club at the sports marina has nearly 300 berths and facilities for all types of water sports, sailing, fishing, scuba diving, water skiing, windsurfing etc. Just outside of town Javea Golf Club offers a pleasant setting for golfers. It is 5 mins walk from the villa. There are several other golf courses within easy access of Javea. There is also tennis, horse-riding and even shooting. Childrens fair and night market in the summer months. In Benidorm there is the Terra Mitica theme park, Aqualandia Water Park and Mundomar Sealife Park. The town of Moraira which is not far away was originally a fishing village. It still has fishing boats but is now enjoyed by many Europeans on holiday. It has kept it's charm and feeling of a village community. It is set in a valley running down to the sea, and there are no high rise building as the majority or properties are privately owned villas. Nice shops, restaurants and bars. The main street is closed to traffic in the summer evenings.
Golf:
Javea Golf Club Javea, Alicante, Costa Blanca, Spain. Full length 9-hole course (played twice to achieve 18 holes) which opened in 1981 at Javea. Designed by Francisco Moreno. The course has wide, open fairways that sometimes flatter the golfer, but beware the greens. These are very well protected by bunkers. Practice green, driving range, 2 tennis courts and a large swimming pool for children, club-house with 2 bars, a restaurant, TV and card room, changing rooms and caddy area. 9 holes, Par 72 (9 x 2) .
