Villa Ramblas occupies a large corner plot on the highly regarded Las Ramblas Golf Course. Built to an extremely high standard and fully refurbished in 2003, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Upstairs the master bedroom occupies the whole floor and opens onto a large solarium which catches the sun throughout the day. Outside are 2 further small terraces with furniture. The garden is large and sunny, but with enough shade to make it ideal for secluded relaxation and supervised children’s play. Inside there's everything you'd expect - the living room has satellite TV (UK terrestrial, plus Sky Sports, Movies etc.), DVD, video and hi-fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker in addition to the usual appliances, including washing machine. There are 5 delightful pools within 3 minutes walk, some with stunning views of the golf course and surrounding area.

Las Ramblas Golf Course in Southern Costa Blanca is just 45 minutes from Alicante airport and 20 minutes from Murcia airport. There are numerous blue flag beaches close by and while the Las Ramblas club house is just 500m from the villa, there are 2 other excellent courses closely. The natural landscape of Las Ramblas has restricted development and together with the gated entrance makes for a quiet, secure and relaxed setting with everything you could want just a short distance away.

Golf: Villa Ramblas is just 500m from the clubhouse at Las Ramblas. Las Ramblas is an extremely enjoyable but challenging par 72, 6313 yd course. Set between 2 ravines, the rocky terrain is spectacular with elevated tees, narrow fairways and lightening fast greens. There are 2 other prestigious courses in the vicinity. Compoamor is quite literally on the doorstep, while Villamartin is a little further away at approx. 2 miles. La Manga is 45 minutes south and there are numerous other courses within a 30 minute drive.
