This modern three bedroom property is superbly located in the heart of a golfer's paradise. Within easy reach are the courses at Villamartin and Campoamor, plus the beautiful sandy beaches of the Costa Blanca. The property boasts a large lawn garden with private swimming pool (8m x 4m). A larger communal pool is less than 50 metres away. The two storey villa comprises a large master bedroom with en-suite shower room on the upper storey, which leads to an expansive terrace, ideal for sun worshippers and evening barbecue. Downstairs there are two double bedrooms, a good size bathroom, dining and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is satellite TV, video and music centre. Located at the back of the golf course, the villa is equally suitable for golfing and family holidays offering a retreat which is close to all local amenities. The property was built in 2000 and is furnished to the highest standard throughout.

The villa is located in a quiet residential area at the back of Las Ramblas Golf Course, about one mile from the entrance to the course. The golf course is two miles from beautiful beaches, restaurants. Whilst there are some shops within the golf complex, the main shopping is situated close to the entrance of the golf course. The nearest villages are Cabo Roig and La Zenia, which are both about three miles away, whilst the town of Torrevieja is a further fifteen minutes by car. Alicanté airport is forty minutes from the villa, with the much smaller Murcia San Javier airport only twenty minutes from the door.

Golf: The clubhouse for Las Ramblas Golf Course is about 600 metres from our villa. Challenging 18 hole course, regarded as tougher than Villamartin. Villamartin Championship course is 3km from the villa. This 18 hole course has recently hosted the Spanish Open. Campoamor. 18 hole course, complete with palatial facilties (including 5 star hotel) is at the entrance to Las Ramblas Golf Club.
