Luxurious villa in Moraira, fully equipped and laid out on two separate and independent levels. The upstairs comprises of a large entrance hall, living room with open fireplace, beautiful kitchen with breakfast bar leading into the dining room, which has a totally glazed south-facing wall offering views over the valley and to the sea. The master bedroom has air-conditioning, a dressing room and en-suite shower room with twin basins. There is a second bedroom and full second bathroom. There is a sofa bed in the living room. Downstairs is entered from a covered terrace with an open living/dining room and American kitchen. The master bedroom here has direct access to the pool through large French windows and there is a second bedroom and a shower room. Outside offers a beautiful beach-style pool and lawn garden full of Mediterranean plants and a covered terrace for that bit of shade. The villa offers maximum security with an electric gate and intercom system.

Our Villa Hermosa is situated in the cosmopolitan resort of Moraira and within easy reach of both Calpe and Javea. Moraira offers a varied selection of shops, bars, restaurants, and has a marina, rocky coves and a sandy beach. The sea front restaurants are famous for their fresh fish and seafood dishes and a whole host of international cuisines are also available. A 30 minute drive gets you to one of the largest theme parks in Europe 'Terra Mitica' in Benidorm, along with 'Aqualandia' water park, 'Mundomar' animal park and the beautiful waterfalls at Algar. Moraira offers many attractions itself, but is centrally located to offer an appealing past time for everyone.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A deposit of 50% is required upon confirmation of the booking. Final 50% balance is required 6 weeks prior to arrival (Negotiable under special circumstances).
    Payments are to be made by bank transfer in Euro currency only with transfer charges on top of the rental price. Please discuss with owner upon booking.
  • A refundable deposit of 400€ will be required in cash on arrival, please see the Terms & Conditions you receive before making your booking.
  • Linen and towels are not included, so you can either bring your own or hire them for 12€ per person. (There is a washing machine at the villa). 60€ for a final cleaning will be charged, this wants to be paid locally. (For winter rentals there will be a 50€ supplement for heating per week). You may also hire a cot for 20€ (per week) and a high chair for 10€ (per week). This wants to be paid locally or with the balance of the holiday payment. This is also fully explained in the Terms & Conditions.
