Our Summer Holiday Rental home has 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twins), 2 bathrooms, a comfortable lounge and dining area and a fully equipped modern kitchen for a relaxing self catering holiday. There's a front terrace area, a first floor terrace leading off the master bedroom, a solarium for private sunbathing and far reaching views. The front terrace provides shade from that mid-day sun, and both terraces come equipped with garden furniture. Our home overlooks a very clean communal pool. The golf courses of Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas are close by. This home is a must for golfers and there families. Local amenities are only 10 minutes by foot or 2 by car - there you will find numerous restaurants, bars, shops etc. The sandy beaches at La Zenia and Cabo Roig are only a short drive away. The beach at Playa Flamenca can be reached by foot in around 15 - 20 minutes. San Javier (Murcia) is about 25 min drive and Alicante is around 50 min.

A range of excellent restaurants and bars are within strolling distance, along with a supermarket, banks etc. 5 excellent golf courses in the area the nearest is a 10 minute drive away. Playa Flamenca is situated 10 minutes south of the bustling centre of Torrevieja, an all year round resort. Centrally situated between Murcia and Alicante Airports. Playa Flamenca is an ideal location for those wishing to have a relaxing holiday without being to far away from the bright lights of a Spanish town. Within a short drive or bus ride to Torrevieja, you will find everything you expect from a thriving Spanish resort, boat trips, Aqua Park (open summer times), Go-Karting, Tivoli (Fun Fair), cinema and bowling. Also the area has the salt lakes - renowned for their healing properties, Nature Park, great for bird watching, especially the pink flamingos and TerraMitica Theme Park - Europe's Largest.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Payment methods - cheque, bank transfer or Paypal (charge will apply to Paypal). Notes on rental rates - A 20% non-refundable deposit is required - minimum of £100 to secure booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to departure. If your arrival date is within 8 weeks of booking then full payment is required. Cancellation policy - Up to 8 weeks of arrival date - no charge (except non-refundable deposit), 4 - 8 weeks 50% of total payment refunded, less than 2 weeks - no refund given. A £100 security bond (Refundable) is also required in the unlikely event of any breakages etc. The owner reserves the right to charge clients for damages, breakages or loss to the property caused by the client.
  • It is advisable that the client obtains their own comprehensive insurance cover as the owner cannot be held responsible for injury, loss, damage, cancellations etc. In the event that the owner cancels then all monies will be refunded. All information offered by the owner forms part of the booking conditions. Distances and descriptions are offered in good faith and these terms and conditions apply to all bookings and the client is deemed to have accepted these conditions.
  • Linen and house towels are included. Beach towels not provided. On day of arrival you shall have access to the property no later than 4pm. We ask that on departure you vacate the property by 12pm. If there is no arrival/departure expected on your day of arrival/departure we can be flexible with the arrival/departure time. The final decision is left with the key holder. Special long term rentals: Discounts given for rental of 3 weeks and longer. Please contact the owner with your requirements for further details.

Notes: There is a gas heater provided in the unlikely event they will be needed. Towels are supplied (except beach towels). The lower terrace has a table and four chairs (garden furniture) and the 1st floor terrace has the same. We have also recently installed a safe for use by all guests for that extra peace of mind.

Surrounding Areas: There are many restaurants in and around the surrounding area offering international cuisine. There are several bars, shops and restaurants within 10 minutes of the villa. Villamartin and Los Dolses are both very close and offer an excellent choice. Along the coastal road you will find many bars, and restaurants offering Chinese, Indian, Norwegian, German, Mexican, Spanish and English food. The Spanish are fond of their open air markets and it is possible to visit one every day of the week in different areas, the Playa Flamenca one is held on Saturday. Many bargains can be found and are definitely worth a visit, especially for leather goods, rugs and souvenirs.

Beaches: There are three blue flag beaches only minutes away by car. Cabo Roig, La Zenia and Campoamor. Due to the wonderful climate all year round the Costa Balnca enjoys over 320 days of sunshine annually. Other beaches include Palmeras, Torrevieja and Torre de la Horadada. Most water sports can be found in the area. Most beaches have bars/cafes for drinks and light lunches.

Golf: The villa is ideally situated for those who enjoy a round of golf. The famous championship golf course at villamartin is less than ten minutes drive away, as is the beautiful course at Campoamar with its glorious 19th hole and panoramic views. Campoamoor is set in two valleys with magnificent views. Las Ramblas (approx 10 minutes drive) is the shortest of the three. The recently opened spectacular La Finca Golf course is slightly more inland and about 20 mins in the car. The world famous La Manga course is only about a 40 minute drive south along the coast. A must for any keen golfer. If you are planning to play golf during your visit, it is strongly advisable to pre-book your tee-times to avoid disappointment !

we enjoyed our stay here,the house had everything we needed.The pool was clean and always empty so we had it to ourselves.Restaurants and pubs within walking distance.
The owner was fantastic with any enquiries we had and always replied quickly.Neighbours were friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome,a great quiet place to stay would recommend to couples and families.

Upon arrving at the villa we found this to be a home from home, very compact and cosy. It was clean and tidy, everything you needed. The pool couldn't have been handier and it was located in a nice quiet area perfect for those who want to relex, only downside was that there was no air con and in the middle of July this was missed!

This was my second time at this house in Playa Flamenca - i chose to go back as it suited my needs for a family easter holiday.
Is is always very clean and if there are problems they are dealt with swiftly.
Along with all that you need in the house for a good holiday, you also have the pool nearby, good parking and of course you are never far away from supermarkets, bars restuarants and of course the beach!
Will certainly be returning in the future...

What a lovely surprise compared to our other booked villas. The facilities are great,everrything you could need is in the villa, a home from home. Suitable for couples (we are in our 60's) and families. Loads of Supermarkets near by supplying you with everything you need, if you want to eat in. The property was clean and well-maintained. A massive market on a Saturday just near by - not to be missed. A very very good Chineese Restaurant - Take-away close by at a reasonable price, this was the only restaurant we went to, but there are more close by. We visited San Pedro a couple of times- near Murcia Airport - very Spanish - bars reasonabley priced too - much better than English run.
Owner was very helpful and the description was accurate regaring the location, layout etc.
We have booked to go back again this year, but we don't want to really praise it too much as we won't be able to book it ourselves(joke). We took a video of the interior and exterior and have showed it to our family and friends. We can highly reccommend this Villa.
