The Villa is modern and fresh with tiled floors throughout, it is equipped to a high standard with built in air conditioning/ heating and furnished for your comfort. The villa has its own private pool and a large terrace area to enjoy. With the living accommodation spacious and suited to the needs of any family Conservatory, Large lounge , Large dining/living room, fully equipped kitchen and seperate utility room. The bedrooms are comfortable with 2 ensuite bedrooms one with corner bath and one with a large roof terrace. The twin bedrooms can both accommodate a Z bed which allows the villa to sleep up to ten people The plot is private and peaceful and fully meets the needs of Family holiday makers and Golfing groups alike.

Playa Flamenca is situated on the Oriheula Costa just south of Torrevieja 20 minutes from Muricia Airport and 45 minutes from Alicante Airport. The Villa is situated close to a number of Mediterranean Blue Flag beaches, Campoamor, Cabo Roig and La Zenia and only metres away from Playa Flamenca Beach. Most beaches offer sunbed hire and a beach bar, some have jet skiing and banana boating The area is Ideal for golfers with 3 courses 10-15 minutes drive Campoamor, Las Rambles and the Championship Course Villamartin. Playa Flamenca and the surrounding area offer a range of bars restaurants and supermarkets and a large weekly Spainish Market is held in Playaflamenca every Saturday for those wishing to venture further afield to shop you can sample Spanish style at Dos Mares Shopping Centre 15 minutes south or Habaneras Shopping Centre in Torrevieja 10 mins North of Playa Flamenca ,where you can also visit the salt lakes and enjoy the seafront promenade restaurants funfair and craft market

    A key deposit of £250/ 400 Euros is required to cover the event of breakages/ damage at the property, excessive air conditioning usage, or additional cleaning required. This will be returned after the return of the keys and inspection of the villa following Departure. Cancellation policy - less than 8 weeks prior to departure the full amount becomes payable, more than 8 weeks prior to departure the full amount less the deposit amount will be refunded. A Laundry/ Cleaning charge Of 150 Euros is payable locally on arrival

Notes: The Villa is situated in a gated area on a quiet street 150 metres from the beach on 500m2 plot, the outside space is tiled and shaded with trees. Parking is in the large under-build garage which comfortably accommodates 2 cars. Overall the villa is spacious and bright with built in air conditioning. In the villa there is a large living room with a Flat screen TV and DVD player with surround sound and a fire place. There is also a Lounge /Diner with seating for 8 at the dining table and a lounge area with a settee, arm chair and TV and playstation (bring your own Games) Sky is available in both rooms with a limited number of Channels we tend to bring our own sky card which increses the number of channels Both rooms have French doors opening out on to the pool. The Kitchen is fully equipped with Oven, Microwave, Hob , Fridge Freezer and Dishwasher. There is a washing machine in the utility room. To the front of the Villa there is a conservatory with seating.
