This new villa has been furnished to high standards with a leather sofa, attractive soft furnishings and comfortable outside sitting and sunbathing areas. The villa has 2 double bedrooms and a twin bedded room. One of the bedrooms is on the first floor with its own shower room so allows for privacy if there are two couples. The second floor has 2 bedrooms along with a master bathroom, each bedroom has its own balcony/Terrace. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans to keep you cool on those long balmy nights. The living/dining room leads to the terrace overlooking the pool where you can dine outside. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. The villa also has a private roof terrace ideal for sunbathing, this also overlooks the pool and has sea views.

Notes to the rental rates

• Rental rates are per property per week. There is a cleaning charge of 60 euros payable on arrival at the villa.
  A refundable deposit to cover any damages of £100 cash is also payable on arrival and will be returned to you when you leave providing there are no damages when the villa is checked by the house manager. A deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking. with the balance payable 4 weeks before your holiday.
  
• Changeover days are flexible, all bedding and towels are provided excluding beach towels. A mid week linen/towel change is available at an extra cost of 40 euros.

Golf and other activities

We are situated right in the heart of at least 3 championship Golf courses. All the courses are between 10 and 20 minutes away and are well worth a visit. The new Algorfa golf complex is vast and a must for you golfing enthusiasts. There are a host of activities for all the family from theme parks to outdoor pursuits, shopping to just laying back and taking in the sun.

Places to see

The south Costa Blanca is surrounded by towns and villages from traditional Spanish market towns to the more modern everything happens towns. All up and down the coast you will find places to visit from Guardamar with its truly magnificent soft sand beaches to the mar menor a 21 mile by 8 stretch of coast with its own lagoon with water warmer than the sea. There are towns such as Cartgena with lots of historical interest and Terra Mitica the biggest theme park is just an hours drive away where there is fun for all the family.
