Villa Limon is a new luxury detached villa with a private pool near the Villamartin golf course. The villa is set in its own grounds adjacent to a lemon grove on the edge of the quiet residential area of Los Dolses. The south facing large balcony and roof terrace enjoy sun all day and overlook the lemon grove and open countryside with distant sea views. Below the villa is a partly shaded patio leading to the 8x4-metre private pool. The villa is situated close to the beach and 3 golf courses, with shops, a bank, restaurants and bars within walking distance. The property is very well equipped and furnished including air conditioning and heating. There is one enclosed parking space with further parking easily available in the wide street outside. The pretty town of La Zenia with a blue flag beach and a large supermarket is 3 mins drive away. The bustling town of Torrevieja is 10 minutes drive. Here you will find many cafes, shops, restaurants and daily street markets, near the marina.

Los Dolses forms part of the Villamartin development situated approx 12 km west of Torrevieja. The World Health Organisation have described the area as one of the healthiest in the world. It boasts over 330 days of sunshine per year and mean temp of 18C. There are seven blue flag beaches in the area offering large clean beaches with safe bathing. Within five minutes drive are 3 fine golf courses, additionally 30 min away are the famous La Manga courses. Murcia airport is 20 minutes away by car.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The air conditioning (if required in summer) is charged at £30 per week. A non- refundable deposit of 25% is required to confirm a booking. The balance of the rental is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. At the same time a refundable deposit of £150 is payable, this sum will be returned 14 days after your visit provided that there are no damage or breakages. A cleaning charge of 80 euros (100 euros for parties of 7+) is payable locally.
    In July and August the changeover day is Saturday. At other times of the year this is flexible.

Notes: Air-conditioning/heating is installed in all bedrooms and living room, with ceiling fans in the bedrooms. There are two child safety gates fitted. Towels are supplied for shower/bath, please bring your own beach/pool towels. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen there is an iron, ironing board and hairdryer. The separate utility room houses a washing machine and tumble-dryer. Satellite TV has all the British terrestrial channels + many others. To the rear of the villa the area around the pool is paved and overlooks the lemon grove. There is an outdoor table and chairs for dining 'al fresco' together with sun loungers for relaxing in the garden and around the pool. A stone table in the front garden of villa is perfect for drinks and dining as you watch the sun go down. The local agents live nearby and will meet you at the villa to hand over keys. They are also available for help and assistance during your stay.

Local Area: Whilst the villa is situated in a quiet residential area the lively resort of Torrevija with a marina, markets, shops restaurants, night clubs and bars is only 10 minutes away by car. The Costa Orihuela offers a range of activities, including excellent beaches, golf, attractions and sightseeing. Close to the villa are tennis courts, water sports, go karting and an aqua park. Within walking distance is the Villamartin Plaza with its many bars, restaurants, boutiques and the famous Lladro shop. Bowling and a cinema with a screen in English are situated on a complex near Torrevieja. Further afield there are many Blue flag beaches, and an hours drive away is Terra Mitica, the Mediterranean’s largest theme park and Mundomar marine park.

Golf: There are 3 golf courses within 5 minutes drive: Villamartin 18 hole championship course, possibly the finest on the Costa Brava, Real Club Campoamor and las Ramblas. Villamartin is a varied course well adapted to the natural surroundings, which being in the lower part of a valley is not too undulating. The course is 6037 metres, par 72, with good facilities. Real Club Campoamor situated close to Villamartin, is set in beautiful surroundings and renowned for its pure style of Scottish links, with broad fairways, 18 holes, 6056 metres par 72. The clubhouse is very impressive and is well worth a visit for golfers and non-golfers alike. Las Ramblas is set in beautiful hilly countryside and is said to be one of the most challenging courses. It is 18 holes, 5679 metres long, par 72. Slightly further away, but still only 10 mins by car is La Finca, 18 holes, 6049 metres long, par 72, with facilities which include bars and a restaurant.

Golf: In addition to the above-mentioned courses there are a number of others all within easy reach of the villa. These includes The La Manga Club Resort, only 30 mins drive away with a wide range of sporting activities the centrepiece being a golf complex with 3, 18-hole courses.
