This modern 3 bedroom villa is superbly located for golfers and families alike. Just a 5 minute drive to Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas golf courses, and less than 10 minutes drive to a selection of great beaches. On the ground floor there is a large lounge and dining area, equipped with satellite TV with DVD, a stereo music system, and air conditioning. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and has washing machine, hob, oven fridge freezer and microwave. The single bedroom is also downstairs. Upstairs, the villa comprises a master double bedroom, with its own sun balcony, and a twin bedroom. Both have air conditioning. There is a solarium on the roof for real sun worshippers. At the front of the villa is the private swimming pool, with its own sundeck, and there are sun loungers, outdoor furniture, and a tiled barbeque area with its own furniture. Although the villa is situated in a quiet area, there are bars, shops and restaurants just a 10 minute walk away

The property is about 6km south of Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca coast in Southern Spain and only a 15 minute drive from the Mar Menor resorts. The airports of Alicante and Murcia are about 40 minutes drive away.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A non-refundable deposit of 100 sterling per week is required to secure booking, with the balance due 6 weeks prior to departure. Lets of more than 1 or 2 weeks are fine although the minimum let is 3 days. Payments should be made by cheque or directly to our bank account, details of which will be supplied once the booking is made.
    On arrival you will be met by our local contact, who will hand over the keys and help you settle in. Our contact will ask for a payment of 150 euros, which covers a key/security deposit, and the cost of cleaning before and after your let. 100 euros is refundable at the end of the holiday. Arrival is after 14.00 p.m. and check out by 10.00 a.m. on the morning of departure. Prices are per week and include full use of pool, water, supplied linen, and includes electricity. Please bring your own beach towels.

Villamartin Plaza: The Villamartin Plaza is situated a few minutes away by car, and offers a varied selection of bars and restaurants offering a wide range of international cuisine.

Shopping and markets : The nearest supermarket is a 10 minute walk away and the nearest large supermarket, Mercadona, is just a 3 minute drive. The nearest Spanish market is now held each Saturday at Playa Flamenca. There are also large markets held in Torrevieja on Friday, Guardamar on Wednesday and San Pedro on Monday. The town of Torrevieja is close by and here you can find an evening 'craft market' on the sea front as well as many restaurants and bars.

Golf: The villa is situated less than 5 minutes from three excellent courses - Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas. The courses at La Marquesa and La Finca are 15 minutes away, and the famous La Manga course is a 40 minute drive South.

I stayed here with my partner and 3 young children, we had a great time. the house was lovely and had everything we needed, the children loved the pool an the barbeque.i will definitely be going back soon...

Excellent value - lovely villa

Our family have just returned from a great 8 days at this villa. It really is lovely, and as described in details. The pool is much larger than photos can do it justice, and the gardens surrounding the villa are very private. The satellite tv and air conditioning are great for young children on a hot day!
A very quiet residential area - but very near to local shops, restaurants and beaches.
Quick and easy communications with the owner, and the people meeting us with the keys couldn't have been nicer.
Wished we had stayed longer as very relaxing - thank you.
